Look like Vince will be mentioned more on Impact this week, then WWE has mentioned him in like 2 months.

Bet he loves love the free promotion.

It's been a little over a year, and Jarrett is already using his late wife to play-off an angle with Kurt Angle. Nice one Jeff.

TNA and WWE love playing with death don't they?

I thought the Eddie exploitation was bad enough two years ago.

Not that TNA will probably go overboard with it, but that was still an unnecessary comment about Jarrett's wife.

After reading this it does trouble me a bit seeing all of this Jarrett/Angle stuff all over the show, with hardly any mention of the actual main event of the PPV (Sting/Joe). That said, I did have the slight thought that Jarrett would end up with Karen when they started this angle, and it wouldn't shock me if they actually went in that direction.

What is it with TNA and mentioning Vince McMahon the WWE? It seems like they love the stuff. it's as if he's like some demonic overlord that they're scared of.

TNA constatntly mentioning WWE seems to me like the annoying small yappy dog that constantly barks so that the bigger more powerful dog will notice them and bark back.

Shame that it was either LAX or MCMG for the Monster's Ball match, I would rather see those two teams battle it out in a straight-up pay-per-view match than the Monster's Ball match.

Foley putting over how much he enjoyed amazing WWE matches with the likes of Undertaker and Edge on an episode of TNA Impact was something else. I like that the audience cheered this too (seriously, they're normally dicks about WWE).

What a crappy show this was. If I had a dollar for how many times Vince and the WWE were mentioned, I'd be fucking rich. And that stupid Point/Counter-point garbage between Sting and Joe was fucking annoying with Joe bringing up an actual storyline point about Angle and Booker trying to do the exact same things to him and AJ that Sting's acting all mopey about to begin with and Sting... completely ignores it! Either that's a terrible editing job by leaving out his response or they just didn't feel like having him retort. Of course, it certainly doesn't help Sting's argument when Kurt's bringing up Jarrett's late wife(I know it's wrestling and all, but c'mon now...) and Booker's El-Kabonging Jay Lethal when he's diving outside. I'm not even going to touch all that stupid worky-shooty nonsense between Angle and Jarrett or Mick Foley being painfully un-funny while rambling on and being useless aside from name-dropping almost every big name WWE star on the fucking roster.

Gah, Impact normally doesn't bother me this much but, geez, you'd think they would want to keep the idiocy to a minimum when building up to the biggest show of the year.

I was on the fence about No Mercy, but Impact really sold the show for me. This was actually the first Impact I watched as a full episode without DVR assistance. I don't look for that to continue.

What is ODB's appeal?

What in the world was the point of the Jill Jarrett line? It was said...not followed up on and then they moved onto Foley's involvement. It's bad enough that they said it...and I guess it could be argued that following up on it would be worse...but not following up on it makes it even more stupid to say.

What is ODB's appeal?

She drinks, dips, and grabs her naughty bits all the time on-camera? That's about all I got.

And feels up Miss Brooks.

This is the first Impact I've been able to catch in about a month and good Lord was it bad. The crowd was dead and the matches, apart from LAX/MCMG were pedestrian at best. Plus no Roxxi except for the pretaped segment. That sucks.

The funny thing about TNA is that even though they have a lot of bad episodes of Impact, I still find Impact more entertaining as a whole, than Raw. It just seems like Impact has more weird or bizarre things that can grab your attention.

QFT. Raw is very mainstream as such, while TNA with its 12 HOURS OF STORYLINE IN 2 makes for more entertaining television. Impact has a lot of bad moments, but its freshness to me with all the random people like Awesome Kong etc really makes it entertaining. Seriously I will never ever see a woman of that size in WWE, even Chyna wasn't that big.

It's not. The wrestling isn't that great. Just sometimes all the action etc makes Impact more itneresting. I still hate Tenay as a commentator. He can't shut up when the wrestlers are talking. I actually like how TNA calls the business WRESTLING and the performers WRESTLERS instead of the Sports Entertainment and Superstar crap of WWE.

I am silly. I don't know, some stuff in TNA is jsut fresher. I do like the six-sided ring at times. The X-division is also something itneresting that helps midcarders which we don't see in the E
