I think I had a 2nd run PS2, but it gave me a lot of DREs, to the point where the old adjustment trick simply stopped working. So I caved and bought the miniPS2. And I just sold the junked PS2 for $44 on eBay - which actually surprised me (they seem to sell for lower). It's not much, but at least it's around 25% towards the purchase of the new one...

They do have technicals. Unfortunately it's of the lame "defensive 3 seconds" variety. REAL technicals would be interesting, but you know Supreme Dictator Stern wouldn't allow it...
