Pelosi gave $10,000 to her son's political consulting firm. DeLay gave $500,000 to his wife and daughter, funnelled through a PAC. Both are douchetwats, but that doesn't make DeLay any better.

It's your computer, probably. My Gmail is working fine.

I read this topic name as "Big gays"

Poll: Everybody unhappy about everything
Dr. Tyler; Captain America replied to Jobber of the Week's topic in Current Events
$3/gallon gas does hurt quite a bit, but at the same time, I'd agree with SJ. -
I couldn't possibly rank them all, but I'd agree with your 1-2 of Bren and Angie. I think the final four is going to be Bren, Angie, Kendra, and Alex. Craig also has a shot as the fourth "sympathy" person if he doesn't fuck up. (yeah, this is off topic, but my initial post was stupid and incorrect... so, yeah)

God, I hope so.

He was President Palmer's Chief of Staff through the first two seasons. In S2, he plotted behind Palmer's back to get the VP into the Presidency, and he played a role in killing or severely maiming (we never found out which) Lynne Cressey, the National Security Advisor.

The Vice President is being urged by MIKE NOVICK!? to take the oath of office after AF1 goes down. Jack is sending someone to the crash site to recover the nuclear football, but as the spoiler cuts out, there are headlights coming
-
Don't look if you don't want spoilers from the previews. Mike Novick is back!?

Holy shit. I guessed it, but holy shit.

'Drea and I are both in.

I sort of doubt it. The more you think about it, the more it would make sense to have a 3rd world pope if there is one who is qualified.

Yeah, dammit, fuck that guy who did much to eliminate anti-Semitism within the Catholic community, strived to bring peace to the Middle East, and helped to bring down Communism because you don't agree with him on abortion. ... Are you guys LISTENING to yourselves? RIP, Karol Wojtyla , Pope John Paul II. We can only hope your successor has the passion and love for people that you did.
-
As a Catholic, it's sad to see the Pope on the brink of death. He did a lot to further the faith, even if I believe he has lost control over the last few years.

Mr. Mason is yours truly. If I get in and one of the SWF guys doesn't, I'll defer my spot to them.

Maddix is in.

I hope they don't fuck this up. This could seriously be the best game ever created.

The problem with these RP based fed competitors is that they've been consistently reinforced by their fedheads that they are, indeed, good great etc. and probably haven't improved in quite some time. In fact, many of the SWF people have a much better grasp of technical writing than those who are being judged and deemed "worthy" of the final 14. I only saw one who I'd even consider letting into my fed, for example, of the final fourteen. You're right, though; you have to approach this acting humble and thinking that you've got a lot of ground to make up, due to the sheer fact that they're picking people who they know. Your burden is to be so outstanding that you push your way into that final group.

Yeah, they're definitely shooting down Air Force One. That was a guess, by the way.

Okay! You can't tell I was drunk at all by the fact that I posted my outbursts in the wrong thread! Yeah, um, if you guys don't get in, I'm going to be forced to join with Merc and rep SWF while posting old roleplays that have nothing to do with X-Net.

If you guys are still having problems in a few weeks with these idiots being a terrible interfed, there's another one that one of my rival feds are in that seems to be run pretty well. http://www.sabataged.com/ My fed isn't in it, but I've considered entering once I get more staff members. Nonetheless, it seems to be run better than X-Net.

More monkeys with typewriters! PRONTO!
