Recently, the 2004 Blue Jays. They surprised a lot of people in '03 and won 86 games, so there were high expectations. They started out the season getting swept by a Tigers team that was coming off a 119 loss season and were shit all season. They finished worse than Tampa Bay, I think that puts it all in perspective.

This would have been a good episode if it were in the middle of the season. Maybe I just expect more from the premieres, but I didn't think this was anything special. It had a few cool moments (Hurley finding the cabin, Jack pulling the trigger), but the last 2 season premieres have been pretty good and this didn't really measure up. I'm guessing that the rescuers make them leave everyone else behind on the island and make it seem like those 6 are the only survivors, that's the 'they' the black guy and Charlie were talking about.
