It wasn't a movie movie, just boring Mississippi River footage (work stuff)

I received a DVD which plays a movie when I put it in my DVD player with my TV. When I put the DVD in my computer I get a different menu with options. I looked at the file directories on the DVD and in addition to the AUDIO_TS and VIDEO_TS there are several data file directories with .doc files, .jpg files, etc. I have been trying to duplicate this with no success. Using Roxio 7, "Copy files to disc", doesn't work because the movie won't play. Nothing is copywritten. I can make "just" the movie DVD or "just" the data DVD but can't figure out how to combine both on one DVD like the one I received. Does anyone know how this is done????

Netflix = God. The discs are almost always in better condition than that of the ones at Blockbuster or Hollywood Video, broken discs can be blamed on shipping. Good selection of movies, fast shipment (I'm constantly getting them the day after they ship), and it's cheap (probably, I'm not the one actually paying for the account)

wow, seems kinda technical. All I use is a digital video camera (3CCD, that's about all I know), and a microphone attatched to the end of a broom stick for sound. Of course, I've only ever shot a day's worth of stuff that ended up being useless because the guy using the cheap make-shift boom mic kept grabbing the cord
