  1. Here is the teaser trailer: http://movies.yahoo.com/movies/feature/cha...atefactory.html
  2. DVDPlanet.com also has this RVD DVD set for pretty cheap, $6.99. http://www.dvdplanet.com/product_listing.a...9668&format=DVD
  3. HBK is one of the all time greats. He's not the best, he's not in the top ten either, but he's up there with the greats. His matches are almost always solid, and he is one of the greatest underdogs of all time. Even as recent as Survivor Series '03 he has showcased that. Also the fact that he came back after all those years of being gone, and actually ended up busting his ass and working really hard to put on great matches, and you can't help but to respect the guy at least a little. Put all backstage bullshit aside, and just take him for what you see on TV and his matches, and what you have is a wrestling legend. In my opinion of course. Again, he's not in the top ten or even top twenty of all time, it's not like that. He's simply a guy that I love watching in the ring, he always seems to really work hard, and I appriciate that a lot. I don't think it's wrong to say he's a great though, and a legend.
  4. Good, I didn't care for him anyway. I almost, ALMOST went to SD tonight. I was actually at the box office about to buy a $36 ticket just for me, but I decided against it. I had went to Greenville to shop not knowing that SD was there tonight, and decided to just do what I was there to do. I did pay $5 for parking, I was that close to actually going. As I was walking around the building, there was a handful of fans standing at a back gate where the wrestlers and people park, and they were talking to all three of the TE guys. I didn't talk to them personally, but I did see them and they seemed to be having a great time talking to the fans, and the fans seemed to really be enjoying it. This was at 5:30 or so also, so it was a bit early. I wish I had went to the show now, I've never just went to a show by myself at the spur of the moment.
  5. I watch this film many times every year, all throughout the year. The same can be said for all of the Vacation flicks. They are so rewatchable for me and my family, oh yeah.
  6. Yeah, DDD is a great site. They will either give it to you for that price (they have honored mis-prices for me and others before) or they'll just cancel the order.
  7. RVD DVD for pre-order at DDD for only $5.99. I don't know if the price will stand, but it's worth a shot guys. The Andre the Giant DVD is also $5.99. http://www.deepdiscountdvd.com/dvd.cfm?itemID=WWE056089
  8. I doubt too many here care about this, but what the hell. This special limited edition version of I, Robot comes out on March 4th, 2005 and it is a Japanese release. Only 5,000 of them are being produced. It's a two disc set, and I believe that the discs are going to pretty much be the same as the already released two disc special editions of I, Robot (like the R3 release that I already own). You can pre-order it right now, but the total ends up at $154.xx after 2-5 day shipping and a coupon that takes a few bucks off of the final price. If you wanted to pre-order it, Amazon Japan does not charge your CC or DC until the item actually ships. You don't even get hit with a pending charge. http://www.amazon.co.jp/exec/obidos/tg/det...6981222-9290764
  9. I agree with that, except that I believe all title matches should be introduced when everyone is already in the ring. Something as simple as that could change the feel of WWE for the better.
  10. Yet another fantastic episode. Here are a few of the most funny visual moments from the show:
  11. Fighter In the Wind is on my list of flicks to check out next, so I'll get to it soon. As far as strange things go, trust me I'm into that. I mean, for the love of God, I'm in the process of watching the live action Cutie Honey film right now.
  12. There is only room here for one Jeon Ji Hyun mark, and I have that position filled. You really should try to check out Arahan sometime. It's not perfect, it's no all time classic or anything, but I got really into it.
  13. Hmmm, how about Ginger Snaps II and III also.
  14. I'm sorry, but nothing can top the Angle/TBS moment and the Heidenreich/Snitsky encounter.
  15. I can second Spartan, but I haven't seen the Asian films you mention...yet. I have Zebraman on my computer though. Many didn't like it, but Windstruck (South Korea) was good in my opinion. I thought Breaking News (Hong Kong) was awesome also, especially the opening. Arahan (South Korea) was just unreal, all of you guys should check that one out.
  16. Be thankful that this version of her didn't do this.
  17. Sorry, I thought that's what I wrote.
  18. Alexander is #7 on Friday, bringing in $1,450,000, for an overall total of only $26,381,000 so far. Ha.
  19. I got it from DDD, and I've watched everything from the first box set except for the long documentary and commentaries. I've watched all episodes on the first box set, and up to the third disc on season 3. Many people say that the first three seasons are lacking because it isn't wacky enough, or just flat out not good enough, but to me, some of the most classic moments from the entire series is jam packed into the first three seasons.
  20. I'm another who loved Everything or Nothing. I've played some very shitty games this year, and some very good ones, and Everything or Nothing is without a doubt one of the best. If they could make another Bond game like that, only an improved version of it, a bit longer, etc... we could be talking about one of the most perfect games ever. I hope they try another Bond game like that one again.
  21. Well, that'll be on the wall in my room pretty soon.
  22. I downloaded it and burned it to a VCD, but I haven't watched it yet. I was hoping that it would open up somewhere around here, but I doubt It'll ever hit theaters in my area. I plan to watch it pretty soon here at home. I will say this though, Christian Bale looks totally disgusting in this film. He lost around 70 pounds for this role I do believe, and got to the point where he was just about a skeleton. I can't believe that some actors are so dedicated to their art, that they allow their body to truly be affected. You can't help but to really respect actors like this.
  23. I bought this during the DDD 20% sale and it was a total blind buy. I had never heard of it, and only bought it because it was so cheap. Ok, so I watched this last night, and was just blown away. It's a very cheap DVD, so if I were you I'd seek it out and pick it up. If I could compare it to anything, I'd say it's something of a current day Wizard of Oz. The story just pulls you in, and as you go along for the "ride", you run into all these different very well developed wacky and wild characters. It didn't hurt matters that one of those characters is a very big slut, played by Amy Jo Johnson, the pink Power Ranger...trust me, the segment that she is in almost makes the entire movie. But beyond that, it's just a mad, wacky, going in all different directions type of film. The screenwriter (and the creator of the series, from story, to characters, etc...) of the Back to the Future trilogy, Bob Gale, wrote and directed it. So that alone should tell you what kind of charm this movie has as well. It came out in 2002, and it's a shame that it couldn't get any type of wide release in theaters. Michael J. Fox is also in the film (although just one scene really) and Christopher Lloyd is one of the stars. Gary Oldman is also one of the stars, and just steals every scene that he is in, his character is one that you'll remember forever, O. W. Grant. Heck James Marsden (Cyclops from the X-Men movies) was even great as the lead, Neal. Chris Cooper is also fantastic as Bob Cody, a very odd and twisted character himself. Buy it, you just might love it, end of story. It's only $5.90 at DDD, so pick it up. I can't believe that I got it for only $4.79 during the 20% off sale. This has got to be my favorite blind buy ever. http://www.deepdiscountdvd.com/dvd.cfm?itemID=MCA023824 Sincerely, ...Downhome...
