  1. Williams is now saying that he doesn't want a rematch with Tyson, but instead wants to fight Vitali Klitschko. He has claimed that after beating Tyson, "Klitschko would be a pushover". If Williams fights Klitschko he will be in for a rude awakening.
  2. Got any info on Moran's anti-semetism? Is it holocaust-denying stuff like Pat Buchanan's?
  3. At least he didn't lose to say, Sephiroth.
  4. Hey Bill, are we now going to hear "throw it down, big man, throw it down!" when Chris Mihm has the ball in the paint?
  5. I'm amazed at how much sand people have in their vaginas with regards to editing and blurring of the WWF logo. As if blurry spots on the ring apron and turnbuckles makes a ****+ match not worth watching anymore or something.
  6. Nice to see The Bourne Supremacy doing well.
  7. I think it's unlikely that many people will fall deep into the right-conservative quadrant because nowadays a large number of people who would be called conservatives support things such as free trade, which are libertarian policy (in the classical sense). Someone like Pat Buchanan would probably test as a right-conservative in this quiz.
  8. All of my favorite sites with "forum pics" have disappeared. I'd love to get links to some new ones.
  9. I scored Centrist, slightly in the left-hand side of the centrist box.
  10. Yep. Although I am surprised they haven't gotten much of a bounce from Greece winning Euro 2004.
  11. This generation, the fire in our eyes...
  12. If you think basketball is the only sport in the Olympics in which professionals are allowed, then you are very wrong. Just off the top of my head: -ice hockey -cycling -downhill skiing -soccer (although they limit it to under 23 players) -tennis -curling There are probably other events that I'm forgetting.
  13. Why is it so wrong for Winslow to compare football to a war and himself to a soldier when John Madden, Mike Patrick, Chris Berman, and so on do this practically every single week?
  14. OK Computer is their masterpiece, and I am a big fan of both Amnesiac and Kid A as well. The Bends gets a lot of love but I like the other three albums I named better. Hail to the Thief was very mediocre in my opinion, probably not worth a purchase. As far as individual songs go, I like (not an inclusive list by any means): "Lucky" - OK Computer "Paranoid Android" - OK Computer "Packt Like Sardines In A Crushd Tin Box" - Amnesiac "Idioteque" - Kid A "Electioneering" - OK Computer "Airbag" - OK Computer
  15. After reading the details I fully support these guys and their message. The obsession today with gimmick diets and surgery is ridiculous and totally unnecessary. I've lost 60 pounds since the start of the year. Did I go under a knife, or go down to zero carbs while eating a plate of bacon and eggs every day? No, I started eating HEALTHY food, eating LESS food during a meal, and EXERCIZING regularly.
  16. Actually, the story is even funnier: At the Australian Open a few years ago, BOTH Williams sisters claimed that they could beat any man outside of the top 200, and so some guy ranked 205th or something took them up on it. He played a round of golf that morning, and had lunch (with beers) at the pub, and then played each Williams sister in one set that afternoon, beating them something like 6-1 each. Frankly, I'm not sure any female tennis player could even take a point off of Roger Federer or Andy Roddick.
  17. I actually think Gretzky was on there too many times. The 92 goals is great but both Gretzky and Hull have come pretty close to it themselves. I did like that they acknowledged his Dimaggio-like points streak. Oh, and Bjorn Dahlie should have been included for his ridiculous domination of the winter olympics.
  18. Anyone else laugh when LeBron took four steps and then flipped on the ref after getting called for travelling? I wonder if that's the first time in his career he's seen that called...
  19. I was thinking the exact same thing.
  20. The only events I really care about are the cycling competitions. I am midly interested in the basketball, and don't really care about anything else.
  21. Orton seemed like he was trying to imitate The Rock during that interview.
  22. Rivera to me should be an HOFer because of his dominance as a closer, his outstanding start as a setup man, and his massive contribution to countless World Series and ALCS wins. Gagne and Hoffman are definite nos for me at this point, along with guys like Robb Nen. Smoltz could be an interesting case given his career as both a starter and reliever.
  23. Totally agree. That digitally inserted red line showing where the line of scrimmage was (which was only used when Vick was on the field) just pushed it over the top. Every broadcast of ESPN Sunday Night Football is bad.
  24. There is a third book in the series, called The Bourne Ultimatum. Since they're keeping the titles, I'd expect the eventual movie to be called that, also. The movies, however, are almost nothing like the books. I will say that the books are definitely worth reading. I've heard there's a fourth book, not written by Ludlum, but I haven't seen it or read it. The fourth book is written by Eric Van Lustbader and is entitled "The Bourne Legacy". I believe Ludlum's family approved the project.
