About 5'10 or 5'11 and 195 lbs give or take a few. I'd like to drop another 15-20 pounds (I was at about 235 to start the year). I've got a gut left that I want to get rid of although nowhere near as bad as before. My legs are pretty big and thick but also muscular due to doing a lot of cycling and cardio workouts. I've started lifting weights to add some muscle tone to my arms and also some weight exchange.

And I think he only got caught doctoring the ball once. The point I was making is that if Bonds gets "caught" I doubt it will ever be due to a positive test. So if all they ever get against him is some testimony or documents, that's hardly any worse than Perry, who entitled his autobiography "Me and the Spitter" and revelled in the fact that he cheated throughout his entire career and didn't get caught doing it.
