While I put 'Nevermind the Bollocks' on my list, comparing it to Sum 41 and Good Charlotte is nonsensical. The lyrics on that album are still really pretty damn harsh, and it at least seems unaffected, whereas sum 41 and Good Charlotte are pretty much the definition of 'affected'.

Never bought an album strictly for its cover (chocalate and cheese comes close, but I liked voodoo lady), however I bought Blonde Redhead's latest after hearing one song from it on the radio. I mean I immediately drove to the closest record store and bought it, despite having never heard anything else from them.

Well, that's weak and all, but what exactly are we going to discuss?

This is completely bizarre. I don't think this'll last, and I doubt there will be many successful cases under this precedent, but it just makes no sense to me. If something's public record, it's public record. If someone is arrested for murder and later released or acquited, can they sue a paper for reporting their arrest? That acually makes MORE sense in my mind than this, which is to say, non at all.

I'm thinking this has to be an April Fool's joke. Those controllers would be helluva expensive and annoying.
