I'm thinking Michael asked his mom to go to Jamaica w/ him. Jan would have given him at least a little resistance.

Instead of having one office party I don't want to go to . . .

I think bringing up how Stamford ruined them would make them faces. -
I've been hanging out in your loft since 2002, and this is the first I've heard about it. Meagan gets the floor next time. Bastard. Jorts = Jean Shorts. Does anyone here ever make their bed, ever? I can honestly say I don't. I sleep like a rock so all I do is just flip the covers over the pillows when I wake up. It actually looks decent for about a week or two.

Joey Styles would still be an active WWE commentator. -
WCW facts, tidbits, and stuff people forgot

Hearing Bret Hart belt out "He's a high flyer of the highest magnitude!" was enough to make it a great promo to me. Plus, Gene's job of defending the luchadors w/o putting them over was masterful. -

I do miss Rome's ridiculous ads for McDonald's chicken sandwiches and The Men's Store at JC Penneys. The way Rome sarcastically says "I'm lovin' it" makes me grin every time.

From wwe.com . . . was this the one w/ Jimmy Wang Yang?
-
And now ESPN is showing The Fumble . . . which is even sadder than The Drive from my perspective.

I don't mind when Rome does it. Probably because I only listen to 1-2 segments per day. 3 hours of Rome in one sitting would probably make me go nuts.

I'll throw in Ricky Steamboat's WCW theme from 1992ish-1994.

Thank you very much for posting this. -
"I'd kick it deep" TD Bears. Theisman rules!

I can't put my finger on why, but I'm really sick of hearing about the Ravens. It's like Brian Billick joined TSM.

2 of them actually. British Bulldog won one while Tatanka won the other. -
From what I understand, it was used on a German PPV.

Actually, that match gets a lot of love around these parts. -
The new WM Anthology comes w/ WM22. No extras though but does have its own menu screen w/ a loop of Big Time playing.

They came out dressed as HHH (BG) and HBK (Kip). They did the DX shtick before a Spirit Squadish group came out. DX would do crotch chops and the SS would take bumps. VKM then brought out a fat oily guy to give a SS member (on his knees) a superkick. Then VKM went into serious mode and challenged DX to a $1,000,000 challenge for a fight anytime, anywhere. They cussed a lot too.

I thought Joe looked like more of a badass making Angle tap twice while overcoming the low blow and Angle's attempt at using the chair though it appeared Angle was the aggressor for most of the match. Personally, I could have gone w/o one or two of the anklelock attempts. Just gets redundant after a while. Still, a very nice match.

IIRC, Hogan tore every muscle in his back slamming the late giant.

Being a huge Browns fan, even I had to laugh every time they flashed the team rushing yards throughout the game. The local Browns radio station forks over $5 for every rushing yard the Browns' leading rusher attains for a given week to a listener. Tonight, they paid out $30.

The great thing about HOROWITZ WINS is that JR got to call it twice. Once on Action Zone w/ Pettingill and the other on Challenge w/ Monsoon. Needless to say, Monsoon was marking out over that one. Snuka attacking Perfect and Genius after the bell at SurSeries 89. Ventura: How do you explain this?!? Monsoon: He's a sore loser. Ventura: You're right about that! Monsoon: I've never known him to be anything but one.

Jesse Ventura getting a little bit choked up when Randy Savage won the WWF Title at WMIV.
