I doubt that. We wouldn't want one village to feel superior to another.

That would have rocked so much borscht, it would be declared illegal in Montana.

You know who's awesome? The Insane Luchador. You know why? Because, according to the SWF website, he's had the Cruiserweight title for 83 days and the Hardcore title for 102 days. And he's dead! So, yeah. Go IL. I mean, go IL' s corpse! Also, I thought about putting this on the WF board, so an updated title histories would be made, but I don't care that much.

"Damn it, dad, not again."

I'm hoping for a team to use Seal Clubbers as a name. Are seals going to complain? Or is that guy Seal going to sue?

SWF Storm Card for August 5, 2005!

Dollar Value Plummet, even though that was Galatea's name for a reverse brainbuster. His frogsplash was the Fleur de Lis, if I'm not mistaken, though... Newfi-Plex! Ontario Tiger Tamer! Uh...let's see, what else did G have... -
I propose after a few seasons the franchise is moved to North Dakota and the nickname still be kept. Also, why is there no law against having team names that aren't some type of animal, or at the very least, a plural noun? "I'm a Krunk. The Krunk are doing well."

I was flipping through the channels today, and I came across one of ESPN's 87 channels devoted to not showing sports, and I saw on the ticker at the bottom that the Gund Arena has been renamed, or will be renamed the Quicken Loans Arena. Most uncool.

This gets the double huzzah and a fair amount of whoading, whoating, and blading from me. Sly = teh yay! -

The Ground Zero 2005 Border Run Thread!

But they might have Absinthe, or whatever the hell that wacky alcohol that makes you see the pretty colors is called. -
Sort of an answer to Mike's #2 question, I thought about having Drea write a letter to Zutroy saying she'd found this awesome fighter in Thailand, and was sending him Zutroy's way for training/to get into the SWF and have it be an orangutan. #3: I kind of want to say Fallout, because up until his 'modem melted' or whatever, he kicked at least nine kinds of ass.

COMET NEVER FUCKING USED 'CITIZEN' IN PROMOS OR MATCHES. YOU FUCKERS! I DON'T KNOW WHO DECIDED TO SADDLE HIM WITH THAT, BUT HE NEVER SAID IT DURING HIS STINT AS A WRITER. He did have a Pepsi Max-imorphing Vending Machine Car, though. Also, Divey as ring announcer? Jayson Grant all the way. Sheep's a good choice for interviews, though, if I'm not mistaken, Ben is/was originally from somewhere in Englandia.

The Pre-PPV "Remind me what I screwed up!" Thread

Buck vs. Sacred vs. Stryke, Tom. You should know better. -
And I'll be making my picks solely based on which mascot I prefer/which one I think will win in a fight. Of course, the 87 Tiger teams might prove difficult to formulate a pick when playing each other. And Tulsa vs. Tulane. Golden Hurricane or Green Wave? <Here would have been a tsunami joke were I more of a bad person>

I'll be eating gopher fondue. And wondering when the hell Banky-Banks will get all done being rehabitulated. -
I'll take the Trojans of Troy if nobody else signs up.

Buckhead, Georgia? What the hell is there? -
Few thoughts and such, and I'm sure I'll get many things wrong as it's been a while since I've re-read any of the previous books, but who cares? 1. I was very glad that there wasn't a "Last time at Hogwarts" thing. Seems like in every book after Philosopher/Sorcerer's Stone, Harry had to re-introduce everyone and mention what they did. If I'm reading the 6th book, there's a good chance I've read the other five. 2. Why/how are the memories (Not just from the Pensieve, but also Riddle's diary), in third person? I was going to mention the thing with Snape's memory from Order of the Phoenix, but decided against it, due to this being a discussion on Half-Blood Prince. 3. 3a. 4. 5. 6. 7. More later, maybe, but probably not. Good read, though.

Two perhaps little-known facts about Churchill: He liked them chocolates what got all that Kahlua inside. His corpulence is a result of his penchant for eating Nazi babies. -
Awesome promo.
