This is the best avatar ever. Anyways, isn't what's going on with the Yankees the same thing that happened back in the early-mid 60s, in terms of depleting the farm system and relying on the big names for too long? I know that with free agency and such that it's a vastly different game these days, but to the casual baseball fan (with a bit of history gleaned from various places) it's sort of paralleling that era.

I mentioned it spun when I said it needed to be more like a Sprewell instead of a turntable. Right now it's like a record, not a wheel. Were it some kind of six-pointed thing spinning within the background circle, then it'd be perfect.

I've never liked fantasy stuff much in the first place, and take some small pride in never having seen a single second of any of these films.

I rarely, if ever, wear any other wrestling shirt that's meant to look imposing. I own some from 2000-2001, but they've been gathering dust for a while. EDIT: I wear the "Cerebral Assassin" shirt when I take exams.

But I don't doubt Loss' claims of being a complete superbitch in real life when he wants to be.

I have the orange "The Mood Is About To Change" shirt and still wear it, but it's more because the logo on the front is really cool.

I've said it before, and I'll say it again: I see no problem in actually enjoying the taste of something alcoholic.

I've certainly seen enough Adult Swim material through my friends to say with some certainty I'm not a big fan of it. While hanging out at various peoples' places I've probably seen 3/4 of each series easily despite never going out of my way to watch it myself.

Fuck all'a y'all, I drink my sugar-flavored alcohol and enjoy it.

I find Family Guy funny for the same reason I like MST3K so much. The constant bombardment of pop culture references just tickles me pink. The parts that most of my friends like are parts I'd classify as Adult Swim/Guerrilla Humor, just random shit for the sake of it. I just can't enjoy ATHF or Sealab 2021 all that much. To me, they drip with the sentiment of trying too hard. More than anything else, "look how wacky and unpredictably random this is!" humor pisses me off.

If Jacksonville can brave the elements well enough, the Jaguars/Packers game could be a rocketbustah. It really is a must-win for Green Bay, what with the next two games at the Favre-killer Metrodome and a revenge matchup at Chicago. After a 1-4 start, an 11-5 final record would be awesome.

Compare HHH in 2002 to now. He's off the juice now, I'd think. Getting married made him look kinda normal again (like in earlier 2000) and has him working better. And who said Stephanie and HHH getting married would be the end of the world?
