I'm off to see it tomorrow (Saturday). I had been looking forward to it but then the reviews started. Oh well, if it is a brainless actioner, like the Mummy films, then it should be good as mindless entertainment. Which is all I expect from a film like "Van Helsing".

I really liked "Punch-Drunk Love", although a lot of people do seem to find the film very boring. I can undestand that, as it does move slowly, but I still feel it's a damn good film.

A few spring to mind... - Triple H vs. Cactus Jack (WWF No Way Out 2000): At the time I really thought it would be Mick Foley's last match. He really seemed like he meant it when he said he would retire. The reaction he recieved after the match was well deserved too. - Brock Lesnar vs. Eddie Guerrero (WWE No Way Out 2004): Not only was it a well deserved win for Eddie after all these years but the fact that he seemed so happy to be champion just made grin. I felt so happy for the guy. - Triple H vs. Shawn Michaels vs. Chris Benoit (WWE Wrestlemania XX): For making me yell "TAP, TAP!" at the screen like an idiot, in front of my girlfriend who called me a geek for it, for the first time ever. Not only that but the celebration was very emotional also.

Exactly. The film should be released and people able to make up their own minds as apposed to being told what they can and cannot watch. Rather than Disney just saying no to releasing it.

Because that's the ONLY possible reason... Well OK, it's probably not the only reason I'll admit. "Overseas rights have been sold to a number of companies, executives said." I know that, I just wonder if this may effect there decisions that's all.

I know he has a lot of haters on this board but I happen to be a fan of Michael Moore and his work. Disney Forbidding Distribution of Film That Criticizes Bush I think that it's pathetic that a documentary is censored in this way so that the house of mouse can save a few bucks in tax breaks. I mean, surley they knew of Moore's previous work when Miramax agreed to finance it. I hope that this doen't effect the overseas distribution in any way.

Just saw this film at the weekend (just got released here in the UK on Friday) and it was fantastic. The best film of the year and, now, one of my favourite films. The concept was very cool and I liked the way everything seemed to click at the end. However, I was wondering if this film reminded anyone else of "Punch-Drunk Love"? I don't why maybe it was the fact that it was a low-key romance film that makes me think this way but they just seem to be similar.
