Well Hideo has also said that the jungle setting is only one small part of a huge environment, which ultimately ends up in MGS2-esque military bases etc., where the old stealth skills will be need to be resurrected to make it through to the very end. Like MK, I'm going to go crazy waiting until the end of the year for this, but, as usual, I'm sure the wait will certainly be worthwhile. UYI

That is a bizarre glitch I've found as well, Proto. I tend to use Shang Tsung, and go about obliterating Moloch with enough rage to destroy a small country, only to have his health drop by a fraction. Then, of course, due to the fact I am stunned that my onslaught barely phased the big oaf, he clips me with a cheap shot and proceeds to kill off three quarters of my life by using 3 moves. Fucker. The set was unreal for those watching at home. The 'video floor' was absolutely fucking awesome. So awesome that Ultimo went arse over head for it. UYI

Taker made his awesome return, Angle & Eddie tore the house down and Benoit won the World title. Doesn't get much better than that. The show seemed like it went for 18 hours though, it just seemed REALLY drawn out. Guess that was appropriate though. UYI

To be honest, Vince didn't need to change anything. He would of surely known that New York would of been behind him 100% all the way, and would of slaughtered Lesnar & Goldberg regardless of what happend. UYI

I don't know. I was all for Big Show after seeing Conan, then he stunk up the opener in grand fashion. Usually the opener is pretty hot, but that was awful. Thank god for NYC getting behind it regardless. UYI

Either way, Taker's back on SD! therefore I now have a reason to start watching again. Personally, I'd think Vince would have Taker run over some mid-carders (like Rhyno or A-Train) first before doing anything major (like beating Angle), but whatever floats his submarine. UYI

It will be interesting to see what Vince does with him now, espicially given the reaction MSG gave him (chanting 'tombstone!' and 'Un-der-ta-ker!'). UYI

I cried during the fucking Hall of Fame ceremony when I saw Harley Race. If anyone deserved that, it was him. Also, during the video package when Bobby said he wished Gorilla was around - yep, that had me crying too. So it came to no surprise to me that I let everything else that was left out when Benoit & Eddie had their WMXX embrace. Such a fine, fine moment. Thankfully, I was at home watching this by myself, so I had no inhibitions to hide. UYI

Agreed, mick. Paul Bearer really looks out of place and unnecessary there, Taker continued to use his 'powers' long after Paul originally ditched him, back at Summerslam '96, so this case should be no different. UYI

I liked it. Instead of going back entirely to the Deadman gimmick, Taker kept the traits and principles of the character (ability to control lighting, sitting up, rolling eyes etc.) while still maintaining his current image and persona. Instead of being one, Taker is being both the Underbiker and the Undertaker. I think it's great, and New York definitely thought the same. UYI
