Ie: Cena, Flair, DiBiase, etc. It'd be nice if they gave an alternate "on the shoulder" animation for the title holders who had this sort of entrance attire enabled. There's nothing more stupid to have a champion come out and not have his belt. Reminds me of the old days of NO BELTS AT ALL, heh..
