I live in a town that hasn't seen sunshine since Friday. I'm normally not a rainbows-and-cotton-candy-clouds type, but the constantly shitty weather is starting to damper my spirits.

I liked Grace a lot better when I was younger, but it got to the point where I couldn't get past Buckley's histrionic vocals. And John Cale does the only good version of "Hallelujah."
And yeah, Tom Waits released some of the best work of his career in the 80s. And XTC had Black Sea (1981), English Settlement (1982) and Skylarking (1986), all of which are fanfriggintastic.
