Agreed about Vitale. He bothers me at times, but he loves the game and does a great job has an ambassador to the game.

While a Cubs/Red Sox W.S. wouldn't turn me away from the game. I do agree with AS, that the winner would lose it's national appeal. It's one of the great stories every season. In away the idea of Bud Selig handing the Trophy to Terry Francona or Dusty Baker doesn't seem right.
