Well I can't argue that this post is in the right place.

I'm sorry, but the rap world is just so patently ridiculous to me. No genre of music has more pointless extracurricular bullshit than rap. Oasis and Blur never put out fucking hits against each other, or devoted inordinate amounts of time to writing songs about how much better they were than each other. (Note: this doesn't mean someone shouldn't shoot a Gallagher.) But anyway, I can't get into the magical fantasy world of disses, airing-outs, war-declarings, rivalries, street cred, and so forth that encompasses rap. I just listen to music that I like.

As I know nothing about college football, but some about music, I select my allegiances by way of fight songs. Thus, I like USC, and am thoroughly outraged by this injustice. (P.S.: Notre Dame's is okay, but I'm not Catholic, and the way all Catholics act as if its THEIR team as the Mormons do with BYU makes it a turn-off.) Or something.

Can the NHL please scrap the overtime loss column? God, what a pain in the ass to read. I was so excited about two-column standings, and I've still got the damn overtime loss column. What makes hockey so special, that losing after regulation is half as good as winning? If you lose a ballgame in 15 innings or triple-overtime...you lose. As for the Blackhawks, I'm not convinced that Khabibulin is very good. At least it's a small consolation that Thibault is stinkin' up the joint too.
