The BAFTA was really big. It kind of shut down Penn's momentum and they're really good at syncing up with Oscar.

I think Empty Arena match is a bad idea for ppv...but I don't hate using the concept on television. Something different than you'll usually see at least. Obviously all storyline movement though.

I read those spoilers...and I have to say...if you're going to release people anyway I kind of like that they're putting Beer Money over while doing it.

I just had a flashback to Kennedy thanking the Razor for showing up just after Hall noshowed the TNA ppv.

And kept it a great secret by having Matt help his brother into the main event and then keeping the interference out of the match that lead him to winning the WWE title. Just brilliant misdirection! When he was attacked in the motel, Matt found him. When he was ran off the road, he was leaving Matt's house. Then there was that episode on Smackdown, where Matt "accidently" yanked his arm, after it had been injured the previous match. They can easily explain Matt attacking Kozlov, was simply, because Kozlove beat him the earlier that night. Or they could say, Matt "helped" Jeff, because he knew Jeff would chopke ;ike he did, in every other title match he had. WWE never gave any kind of hint that Christian was the one attacking Jeff, people just made that up in their own mind an fooled themselves. He helped him win the fucking WWE title. You're trying to paint that as making sense is almost as nonsensical. So he was so consumed with hurting his brother that he attacked him and cost him a title shot one month...and then the next month decided to help him get into a title match... But he hates him so much that he'd run him off the road...and yet he's more angry with Kozlov beating him in a nontitle match...even though he'd cost his brother the title the next month and never really have anything to do with Kozlov again? That's what you're going with?

I hope he wins tonight. I'd like to see him get a chance to prove to Vince that he's worth a push...even if it's just on ECW. He was screwed when they decided to make Hardy vs. Hardy...but maybe this will actually work out better in the long run. I had a feeling that a feud with Jeff would be about it and then he'd get shoved right back down the card...but maybe this way he can work his way up to something more substantial. At the end of the day...he does have to pay for the fact that he left for 3 years.

Why wouldn't they just pay Hogan to do the stupid match. Whoever they get is going to beat Jericho anyway...and that's like most of the battle. Hogan at Mania 25 could be made to mean something....and no one has kept their face in the spotlight more than him.

Foley has probably never been asked about his rights for gaming purposes...but I remember an article where Vince said he didn't want him in the game. THQ may actually still have his...he worked for the company very recently.

One would guess that anyone who was in the Impact game has a liscence contract with either TNA or at least Midway at this point. and Nash was in that game. So someone who isn't THQ has the rights.

At tonight's TNA Impact taping in Orlando, Florida, Petey Williams lost a "loser leaves town" match. We have confirmed this will be Williams' last match for the company as he is being released. We have also confirmed that Lance Hoyt/Rock is also done with TNA. More TNA releases are expected, but have not yet been confirmed. -PWinsider.com This explains why Petey's been losing...but I always liked him and hate seeing him go. Hoyt...no one cares.

I enjoyed this weeks Really? bit alot. And as everyone stated...the boat song was tremendous.

Maybe I was just really tired...but i really enjoyed last nights episode. It's the first one that's really clicked for me in some time. I actually got into some of the tension they were trying for. hopefully we get some more of that.

That's probably a good bet. Empty arena matches are tough. You're starting behind the 8ball since crowd reaction is such an important part of a match being entertaining (especially with a guy like Sting).
