  1. I guess it propably could be asked here, but what's the best free web hosting service?
  2. Christian's "At Last You're On Your Own" was great because it was so over the top and Queen like with the opera vocals.
  3. As simple as a move as it was, it just looked so cool thanks to the difference in size between Owen and Yoko.
  4. A lot of my movie reccommendations are actually based on celebrity endorsements and stuff I read in interviews. I'd be much more willing to see something someone that I am a fan of, say Quentin Tarantino, than what Ebert would say.
  5. If Jackson leaves, I really see Payton staying. The only plus for Indiana in the suggested O'Neal/O'Neal is that they would then have THE most dominant center in the whole Eastern conference. But this season proved that they didnt need Shaq.
  6. And Lakers win convincingly, 105-81. I for one can't wait for game 4.
  7. Wow. I'll stick to my more simple Fantastic Four comics.
  8. The Lakers are doing everything right today...Karl and Kobe are playing nice, Shaq is being Shaqalicious, and they're letting Gary do what he wants. As for this Brown/Thorn war of words, Larry freaking OWNS.
  9. My favorite one was: "I'm thankful because I'm rich...and you're not!" - Ted Dibiase, SSeries 89 I vaguely remember there being one with the Ultimate Warrior going nuts and devouring food like he was Dusty at a buffet.
  10. It looks cool and I'll prolly wind up borrowing it once my brother gets it. Does anyone know what's up with the Twisted Metal style Transformers game?
  11. That should work. It's kind of an awkward thing to get used to. I remember I would keep winding up going outside the ring. If you get stuck after you tag, hit the select key and it'll jump to your partner and the computer will automatically return the other two the ring.
  12. Most media analysts discredit Fox news. I've noticed that most of their polls are kind of confusing and do creative statistical interpretations to make their points.
  13. Those rocked. I also remember the ones from the Survivor Series when it was still before Thanksgiving and they would talk about what they were thankful for...
  14. I'm confused now. So how did Jean die? I'm propably going to look at Uncanny because I'm a Claremont mark (I do agree that lately he uses WAY too much dialogue and it bogs down the flow of the story). Excalibur sound interesting, I really like the Angel character and enjoyed the Genoshan storylines of the past.
  15. I've flipped through the Leonard Maltin ones a few time. I don't necessarily look at them for opinions, though. I'm really content and know what I like, and I don't care what anyone elses thinks. But I do like them as a quick reference as to the plot and such.
  16. Stuff like that I don't necessarily watch for the workrate value, but for entertainment purposes. Especially the Wrestlecrap-iness of the gimmicks and promos.
  17. That pissed me off, too. The whole last episodes with Rachel deciding to go to Paris, she showed no concern or mention at all about the daughter. Definitely a mother of the year candidate. And I as pissed off that Gunter wasn't involved at all in the finale.
  18. That's what I thought. Apparently they are appealing to the Pantera listening section of the NBA's target market. Go Lakers!!
  19. INdeed. that is the master plan... I knew it!! TSM refugees will set up all kinds of little colonies that will all war with each other until a new large board will take them over...
  20. I'm pretty sure los Guerreros busted it out at some point. I don't remember who did it, but some team busted out a variation of the Doomsday Device where they held the opponent in the power bomb position.
  21. That's kind of what i've been saying, Vitamin X. But you always should be looking to the future. The two biggest player moves that the Lakers should worry about are what are they going to do to keep or replace Kobe, and to build up their bench. Keep Shaq. If they win the Finals or give other good reason to keep Karl and Gary in LA, don't resign Phil Jackson, and get Byron Scott.
  22. It's kind of funny. They FINALLY let Gary Payton start leading the team and setting up the pick and roll, and the Lakers start showing signs of being a good team. I wouldn't want to be guarding Malone today. He's obviously upset since it's Mother's Day, and I would not want to get him in a bad mood.
  23. I do kind of agree with you. Nostalgia aside, if the matches on this week's Raw had the same workrate of stuff on these DVD's, we'd all be bitching about how crappy the product is.
  24. who was partnered with BIG T
  25. I still find it completely ironic that Time Warner decided to pull the plug on WCW just as they got back on track.
