  1. That's a cool women's division. I'd pay to see Lufisto/Kong.
  2. For my next pick, I'm adding a comedic face to be a member/ally of the bWo, none other than Eric Young. He is great at getting his goofball wimp character over. It would be great watching him interact with all the whacko heels on my roster.
  3. He was 37.
  4. I'll try to get mine done today. It would be cool to see what you would suggest.
  5. That would make an awesome poster.
  6. Yeah...I was at the Philly show last month. Everyone was bummed by him not being there and hoping that things were ok for him.
  7. I'm picking everyone's favorite super hero child, Franklin Richards
  8. Which teams still need a write up done? I'm sure we could crank out a neutral scouting report just to get this moving again.
  9. Sorry for holding this up...no one PM'd me. My next pick...Superboy Prime Between Cap's no bullshit leadership approach, Sentry and Orion being two of the few people who can kick the shit out of him, Sandman's mind manipulation and Spider-Woman's pheromones, I should have one of the best killing machines in recent DC under control.
  10. Micheal was always super nice to everyone at comic shows. Just a friendly, upbeat guy who was just genuinely enthusiastic about comics. I enjoyed all the times I chatted with him at shows and he'll definitely be missed in the comics world
  11. With my next pick, I'm taking Sweet N Sour Larry Sweeney Why Sweeney? As seen in ROH, IWA and the other 2000 era indies, the dude is ridiculously oozing in charisma and talent. He is a great tweener; even when he's being his most dastardly heelish, he's too damn entertaining that he can't not be cheered. In ring style wise, he would fit in fine with my roster. As far as I'm concerned, he's really a steal, because I can not only use him in the ring, but as a manager, talk show segment host and as a commentator. 12 large, brother. 12 large.
  12. Oh wow...that is interesting. I didn't hear about that.
  13. What does that mean?
  14. Newkadia.com is good for back issues, too. The best way to pick up stuff is at cons...its amazing what you can find in .25/.50 bins.
  15. It's pretty shitty. I really haven't liked Whedon on Astonishing X-Men or even Runaways.
  16. I just listened to them the first time a few weeks back and was pleasantly surprised.
  17. This might be the steal of the draft. I've been thinking about him each pick and missed out
  18. Amateur...I have the whole run of all the Giffen/JMD titles.
  19. I was considering him as Berlyn.
  20. Jughead is still available.
  21. I second the Audacity recommendation. It's got a very quick learning curve and it has an unbelievable amount of features for a free program.
  22. So I needed a telepath... From wiki: So I get all the powers of Jean Grey plus teleportation, stealing psionic powers and super strength in the form of a hot chick? Sign me up!
  23. Man...Cable and Lobo were my picks...hmmm....
  24. My next pick is in the vein of Batman...he's an obscenely wealthy sociopath who uses his resources (money and technology) to fight a war on crime. He's extremely well trained in all forms of combat, has gadgets ranging from hand weapons to fighter aircraft as his disposal, secret bases world wise, and gets super power from the Egyptian gods... I bring you the Moon Knight.
  25. That's a great pick. I was debating him/Sentry for my last pick.
