  1. You know, Marshall Mathers is a pretty good music name, he could have just stuck with it. So is O'Shea Jackson (Ice Cube). If you've got a good name, just use it, I say.

    Wait wait wait... (>'.')>} ----->(*.*)
  3. White Album's got some crap on it. "Wild Honey Pie" and "Rocky Racoon" and shit like that. I actually like those songs, but they're really not very good. Were it not a double album, it would be worse, but with enough good stuff, they just kind of make it fun. In fact, I think I'm talking myself into ranking it up on my favorite Beatles albums list. Not #1 though, never. By the way, after Abbey Road, I would have had Revolver and Magical Mystery Tour ahead of the White Album for sure. May be re-evaluated, as noted.
  4. Front row tickets to see Bill Cosby go for around $450.
  5. You know....maybe its just me. But bleeps are funnier than curse words. I was watching Arrested Development and realized that if they were on cable and could actually say the curse words, it would be alot less funny. Same for family guy. That time Stewie said "I don't have to *BLEEP*ing impress you" and walked off, it was hilarious. Him saying fuck in the family guy movie...not so much. <{POST_SNAPBACK}> Depending on the context, sometimes I agree with this. Like the Adam Sandler song (don't hang me because I own Sandler albums) "Piece of Shit Car". The gimmick of the song is that every other word is a curse, and the edit censors them with various car sound effects. It's funnier than the real version.
  6. You'd like it if you weren't from stupid Canada.
  7. Cube Zero is on HBO on demand. Now's your chance to see it for free.
  8. I live in fucking Florida, you don't even have to ask: Hotter than wherever you are.
  9. America is a much larger and more influential region than Jamaica. That's what impressed me about Marley, he made the music of such a small and relatively insignificant region world reknown. It's not impossible to relate to it, no, as there are plenty of reggae fans all around the world. And if you just don't like the way it sounds, you can't blame anybody for that. But it's like listening to Eskimo music... most people won't "get" it.
  10. Took that a little personally, didn't you?
  11. What he said. It's caribbean, most people don't understand caribbean. That's why when Wyclef Jean put out that album of caribbean music it didn't sell too well (I like that album, though).
  12. Well, yes, but they have an uncensored track as well. Why they would have a censored one, I don't know.
  13. Reggae is a very culturally limited form of music. I can totally understand not getting it (I'm not a huge fan, myself).
  14. Correct. The original went "When you're out gay bashing I'll be at your house fucking your girlfriend etc."
  15. Hey, when you're out protesting I'll be in the voting booth fucking your country... IN THE ASS!
  16. I get all my news from Bill Maher and the Daily Show. And I vote, motherfuckers, you can suck on that. I did love That's My Bush, which was not political commentary as many people assumed.
  17. I like Family Guy, but American Dad is the exact same formula and it's the stupidest crap I've ever seen. Which shows that Family Guy was luck. Plus all the conservative bashing. I give a shit about politics, but it gets old after a few seconds.
  18. You mean on you? Remind me never to hang out with you until I've had a couple drinks.
  19. Hey, Spoon, shut up.
  20. I killed a puppy once, as a sacrifice to Satan, but I never owned one. I should get one of the adorable little sweetie pies.
  21. Current Simpsons is a Family Guy clone. Fuck American Dad, yeah.
  22. Dirt was a cry from the depths of Staley's heroin addiction. It was one of the most raw, vulnerable albums I've ever heard.
  23. I fell over and cracked my head open. Help!
  24. Those cocksucker motherfuckers. On the other hand, part one was the only one I ever saw. By which standard, "Band Camp" just sounds like it's going to be about fucking and object insertion. Which is good.
  25. Like Bruiser, Issues killed my interest in new Korn. I tried Untouchables, which was slightly better, but still bad enough for me to write them off. Some grunge: (The unlistenable noise of In Utero is a good thing for me)
