Even though I'm a huge anime fan with a pretty large collection I have never seen one episode of any kind of Record of Lodoss War. Maybe I should download an episode or two...

Just a warning: don't expect BR2 to be nearly as good as the first. It's actually a pretty terrible movie, I was very disappointed.

I've never tried SoulSeek, but if it has the option to search for archive files (.rar, .zip or .ace) you'd just have to search for the album title using the archive option. Don't know if there are people who share complete albums on SoulSeek, though. I download albums (and pretty much everything else) with Emule.

My Winamp tells me that I'm at 5286 right now, but I haven't used Kazaa to download mp3s since I started getting complete albums. Currently listening to Frank Sinatra - The Reprise Collection. Great stuff.

No, you can't just burn the two files on a cd and expect it to work. You have to use the 'burn image' function of your burn program. Take Nero, for example. You start the program, click 'new collection'. In the window that pops up click 'open..' in the lower right corner. There you change the file type to 'image files(*.nrg,*.iso,*.cue) and select your .CUE file. Should work like a charm. If you don't need the whole thing on a cd you can also open the image with daemon tools. Google is your friend.

That would be even better, but we should have some sense of realism here. They won't get rid of the authority figures because they're far too lazy to come up with other booking devices.
