In an unusual turn of events, I'll say something completely irrelevant, yet holding some relevance (and thus creating an awkward form of hypocrisy) to the topic at hand: I'D HIT IT!

I think it's time Angle got a new finish, personally. Although, honestly, there are only three finishes in WWE that are still pretty protected: Pedigree, Tombstone, and Stunner. I'd like to see Angle do some sort of Blood Rush (see "Wrestling Moves discussion" post in the General Wrestling folder for description, 5th post up from the bottom), as it'd be fairly easy to hit on people of equal size, as well as a little bigger. And for the hosses? AnkleLock works fine. Can anybody think of a great finish these days, indy or puro or otherwise, that doesn't involve a head-drop? Aside from a few cool flying moves, and maybe a great submission here and there, nothing really comes to mind.

I actually liked the six man, personally. LOTS of heat near the end, and I actually got into it (mostly thanks to Legend being good, Raven being awesome, and Northcutt being VERY promising). Dames, if I can get a review of it to you by Saturday afternoon, would you put it up?

It's not only that we, as internet fans, have been jaded from years of exposure to both the 'net and the industry, but also because the sport itself has evolved. If you look back at the legitimate athletes of yesteryear, and then compare them to the modern athletes, do you really think they'd stand a chance? Babe Ruth's Yankees against the modern-day Red Sox. Bobby Orr's Bruins against any team that ever had Ray Borque. They worked different styles of the same sport, much like wrestlers today work a faster, more hard-hitting style than those of yesteryear.

This would be, basically, a double-underhook Implant DDT, correct? My buddy Duth uses that move as a finisher for his character Thunderwolf. Mmmm...brutality...

They missed the boat on Henry when he was getting over. The guy is a lot like Big Show in the sense that the ringwork is mediocre on their best night, they're too big to really do anything, BUT they have enough charisma if they were let go to do their own thing.

I've seen very, VERY little Chris Hero, but I like what I saw a lot. I'm not familiar with the other two. And you're alone in wanting Malice back...

I'd just like to say that I honestly enjoyed EVERY match. The booking for each match was very good, and the flow was superb. AJ/Abyss gets my vote.

Depends on what you identify as "new" Metallica. While Load is a HIGHLY underrated album, ReLoad and St. Anger are pieces of shit that should never have been recorded, much less released to the public for mass consumption.
