Oh, I know. I got a ~6 hour tape of a bunch of his HWA stuff (along w/ a handful of WCW stuff, as well as both Knoble/London matches and Rey/Knoble from Velocity).

Couple quick points: 1) You mention Rico's career was killed due to the gimmicks - Rico was probably as over as he ever was prior to being fired. At his age, he was never going to be given a big push, but he was able to make the gimmicks work, and get over in spite of them. 2) You mention HWA a couple times - IIRC, the only guys to make it out of HWA and onto the WWE roster are Charlie Haas and the WCW buy-outs, so I wouldn't exactly call HWA a breeding ground for WWE talent. They probably refined some of the guys, but they really didn't take anyone from scratch -> WWE ready.

I was under the impression he got the jet, WWE picked up his fuel bills. Yeah, he was paying for the jet, while the WWE was picking up fuel & paying the pilot. However, Brock was leasing the jet, he didn't buy it outright. I would imagine he turned the jet back in after he left, since he wouldn't have any use for it.

Didn't he lease that jet? I highly doubt he still has possession of it now.

Jericho had watchable stuff w/ Steiner & Nash back when he was playing jobber to HHH's next PPV opponent. Add in good matches w/ Kane (who is mediocre at best in the ring), watchable stuff w/ Jeff Hardy in Hardy's latter WWE days, and Hassan's best match to date, and it's pretty hard to say he can't carry anyone.

I was a big Billy & Chuck fan. Probably the only time I liked Billy Gunn. I'm probably the biggest Palumbo mark on the board, too.

It's a moot point, anyway, since it'll never, ever, ever, ever happen under Vince's watch.
