The finals months of the year are upon us
The Dames replied to Lord of The Curry's topic in Television & Film
Now the Freddy vs. Jason has been released (which is definitely in my top 3 movie going experiences of all time), Return of the King and Matrix Revolutions are the two I'm looking forward to the most. Dames -

Geez, get the guy a porno. Then again, don't. Sounds like he might explode. I have illegal cable. The guy watches it for ENTERTAINMENT. Dames

SK liked it...but then again he doesn't have a lecherous brother analyzing their outfits and bouncing around the whole time. He was literally hopping around the room, no shit. He's 34 years old. Dames

No, we're not back in June. The server was down, which means the site was down completely. I rebooted it a couple of minutes ago. It happens...usually at about 4 am though. Dames

I would assume that it's like a halfway house, where she's free....but she has to be under constant survelliance. Dames

I just got back from a friends place where I just finished watching the movie "Bully". I've heard a few people talk about it on the board, so I decided to check it out. For some reason, I got it confused with a Rick Moranis/Tom Arnold comedy, but thankfully, this was FAR better. Nick Stahl (John Conner of Terminator 3) plays a kid who is a straight up ASSHOLE. He beats up his best friend on a regular basis, rapes two girls (including his best friends girl), and basically imposes his will on anyone he pleases. Keep in mind that this is a story about teenagers in Florida. Yes, it's VERY gritty. The movie was very shocking with its depiction of teen sex, giving us plenty of full frontal nudity shots both male and female and some deplorable rape scenes that will definitely stick with you. This is all within the first 30 minutes of the film. From then on, we meet some more characters who are all integral to the plot eventually. Basically, all of these loser, spoiled kids decide that they are going to band together to literally murder Stahl's character...but they don't know how to go about it. They finally come up with a plan, but I don't want to ruin what happens... The movie is just so damn compelling as I was just in awe about how stupid these kids were...how deplorable their parents were in terms of raising these kids and how open they were about plotting and committing their crimes. It isn't shown until after the credits, btw, that this is inspired by a true story...which is just sad. Has anyone else seen the film? If so, what are your thoughts? Don't forget to use the spoiler tags. Dames

For the record, Papacita, I cannot swallow pills either. I've gotten used to chewing Tylenol pills like they were sour Skittles. When it comes to bigger things, I crush them in a glass of water and drink it diluted...or sometimes, I just chew. Dames

Thanks for making me soil myself. That is the main reason why I want to go to WM 20....because you know something BIG is going to happen and I've just got to experience that pop first hand. Dames

If they let them go all out, yes...however: Angle/Bret would probably be booked as a face vs. face encounter to see who the best wrestler would be, therefore, the match would end in a clean finish and be more about counters and things like that. Angle/Owen would be face vs. heel, which more often than not in Owen's case consisted of Owen being on offense for a while and losing because of some heel shenanigans. If it ended clean, it would most likely be an Angle victory, while the Angle/Bret match could go either way. Dames

I wonder how much of that Ironman match will be lost on commercials. If they were smart, they would have made the match commercial free, like 24 does with their season premiere. They'd gain a hell of a lot more than they'd lose on the deal. Dames

It would definitely be one of the better matches of the century if Bret was in his prime and gave Angle some tips on selling. It's quite sad that it'll probably never come to fruition though. Dames

Save your money, JHawk. The real treat will be tonight's Smackdown. Dames

Hey, if Hogan could force Russo out, I'd be all for it...because eventually, Hogan would leave. Dames

It's statements like that that scare me JHawk. One of these days, someone's going to chase me down the street with their cable bill, mad that I overrated a show and blame me for spending 10 beans. Dames

Looks like he's gotten Ace Steel syndrome. Dames

I can't escape the man, dammit. The only reason I'd like him in the company is because of all the publicity he'd get them. Other than that, I'd absolutely hate it. Dames

I fixed it.... Barron, the announcers said that a few times but after seeing his performance in the ring, the less I said about the kid, the better. Dames
