  1. Question: Am I wrong for wanting the Ovals from the original Smackdown set to return?
  2. I'm liking Angle's new shirt. Almost looks like a Super-Hero logo.
  3. Here's something I'm wondering right now that the show started on the East Coast... Why is the opening recap song better than some of the entrance themes of some of the wrestlers?
  4. ...porn music to open up Raw this week as we re-cap Amy's tricking Kurt.
  5. WWF @ Rochester, NY - October 21, 1982 Jules Strongbow defeated Swede Hanson The Destroyer defeated Curt Hennig Tony Parisi defeated Johnny Rodz Salvatore Bellomo defeated Charlie Fulton Tony Garea defeated Baron Mikel Scicluna The White Angel defeated Pete Sanchez Mr. Saito defeated Chico Rodriguez Chief Jay Strongbow defeated Mr. Fuji Superstar Billy Graham defeated Ivan Putski via count-out WWF IC Champion Pedro Morales defeated Buddy Rose via disqualification ...I didn't even get a WWF title defense on my b-day that year? BOO!
  6. Rodrick who? I think I heard he's a Ring of Honor guy.
  7. 1.) Favorite world title match at the PPV? -I'd have to go with Angle/Benoit in 03 or Bret/Razor 93 (that one was pretty good for a Heel Razor match) 2.) Favorite Rumble match? -92 for the importance, tied with 04 because I was there 3.) Favorite Rumble match elimination? -Maven eliminating the Undertaker. I marked big time for that. 4.) Favorite mini-match within the Rumble? -Mr. Perfect vs. Ric Flair in 1993. Especially for Heenan's reaction 5.) Favorite non-world title, non-Rumble match? -1988: Jumping Bomb Angels defeat The Glamour Girls for the WWF Women's Tag Team Championship. Damn good Women's Match. 6.) Favorite pre-Rumble promo? -Tajiri's from 03. 7.) Things you hated besides Vince winning the '99 Rumble? -The fact that the Hurricane never has gotten a chance to last a good period of time in a Rumble match.
  8. <Siskel & Ebert>Which wasn't that good an idea to begin with!
  9. That was a different match. That I think was scheduled to be Austin and Taker vs. Kane and Mankind in a cell or something like that. There was a Mankind/Kane Cell match which Kane won via Tombstone. I have the tape. Kane and Mankind brawl outside the cell. Mankind tries climbing to the roof, but Undertaker pulls him off through a table. They fight in the ring (bell never starts), Kane destroys Mankind with a tombstone onto a chair, then Austin comes from under the ring and attacks Kane. Bossman/Undertaker is EASILY the worst one ever. At least Mankind took a bump. That was one, but I'm sure there was another without the run-ins sometime after

  11. Kane vs. Mankind on Raw.
  12. What's with Heyman and pairing big guys and small guys together like that? In ECW it was Rey Mysterio and 911 for a brief bit. As well as Big Sal and the smaller members of the FBI. Now in WWE he wants Show and Crazy...
  13. Slaughter WAS in the 1992 Royal Rumble. I think he was something like 27 or 28...somewhere around there.
  14. I'd LOVE to see pictures of that.
  15. But would the Dudleys even BE at Smackdown? I mean, when's the last time that we've seen them on Smackdown?
  16. I know who they can bring in to add to the Cruiserweight division! ...OK, someone can kill me now for that.
  17. I wondered what happened to Super Crazy since the ECW days. Might be interesting to see him back. *Could sorta see a Rey/Super Crazy feud.
  18. This is a rip off of Paul Orndorff's WCW version of the Mr. Wonderful gimmick. He just needs the theme!
  19. Oh, and I have to say something for the record: I knew even before New Year's Revolution that Maven wasn't going to be in the Royal Rumble. After all, The Undertaker was busy, so he wasn't going to be in the rumble. And as we all know, Maven can only be in the Royal Rumble when Undertaker is a participant, to see if he can re-live 2002.
  20. Sad thing is, if they could have, there could have been a classic feud there. Sgt. Slaughter vs. Cobra. It's like the cartoon all over again!
  21. The dude he fueded with was named Cobra. He had morse code for his entrance music. He lasted from 95-the beginning of the nWo, when he was re-packaged as nWo Sting. EDIT: More about him Here
  22. The only way that I would want New Jack in WWE is if he brought the Hulk Hands with him.
  23. Well, people wanted more Tag Teams in the ranks of WWE... THere you go.
  24. I personally would like a review from the opposing side. I didn't mind it from Maddix, and I don't mind it here.
  25. Yeah, it might just be. I't may be the first time I've watched an MTV show besides "Pimp My Ride"
