Update: It doesn't look like we'll see "Big Sexy" Kevin Nash anytime soon. The former WWE & WCW champion is currently suffering from a bulging disk in his back. No word yet on if the injury is recent (as he was filming a part in the upcoming "Punisher" movie) or if it's just a build up of in-ring injuries over time. Well looks like De La Hoya is going to retire now. I can't make any judgments until I see the fight but it sounds like De La Hoya should have won and got screwed so he'll be back.

Was it during Hogans speech? If so, who would edit that? And if not, its still the most important angle in WCW at the time, so butchering it so a fan isn't shown being stomped on is not what we want. It was just before Hogan starting talking so they could have easily taken it out.

I think what ruined it for me was the hype they put it on it. Supposedly we were supposed to see two MOTY candidates but I sure as hell didn't see them. The Ultimate X match had good spots but nothing extraordinary and the cage match was good but not the MOTY it had been hyped as.

Yes, please explain. I thought that AMW/XXX was extremely overated. It was very good but it was not even close to being in Benoit/Angle's league.
