Five this time:
A Crow Left of the Murder- Incubus
Let's Go- Rancid
The College Dropout- Kanye West
Purple Rain: Original Motion Picture Soundtrack: Prince and the Revolution
Power in Numbers- Jurassic 5
That's a great album. Besides Infinity, I think it's the best thing Devin Townsend ever did. There's great tracks on that album-"All Hail the New Flesh", "Oh My Fucking God", and "Far Beyond Metal" are my favourites.
I'm going with The Soft Parade. I love the variety on that album, especially on the title track. The only problem with that album is "Touch Me", one of the most overplayed Doors tracks ever. But still, I think it's the best. "Wishful, Sinful" OWNS.
Indeed, that's probably my favourite song by Prince.
That song trails "Alphabet Street" as my all-time favourite Prince song.
As for the poll, Sign O' the Times also gets my vote.
DAMMIT! I knew that. My knowledge of The Floyd is slipping in my old age. Oh well, at elast I can still remember the original names for "Atom Heart Mother" and "Echoes."
Anyway:
"Shaft"- Incubus
I'm listening to Fungus Amongus by Incubus right now. I haven't listened to that in about four years.
I busted out some Ugly Kid Joe last week for some reason as well.
The Hip-Hop Edition:
5."Street Dreams"- Nas
4."Elevators (Me and You)"- OutKast
3."Microphone Fiend"- Eric B & Rakim
2."I'm Your Pusher Man"- Ice-T
1."By the Time I Get to Arizona"- Public Enemy
Well, that's creampantsworthy no doubt.
Oh, and I hate you now Choken. Singing with Keith and such while I was unable to get of work to drive to Cincy. Yeah, I hate you.
Definitely go with Disinegration. Also consider the following:
illadelph halflife- The Roots
Slanted & Enchanted- Pavement
No Doy- moe.
Harvest Moon- Neil Young
Armed Forces- Elvis Costello and the Attractions
