........ ........ ........ Fuck Clemens.

I'm only booking for the HHH/Kane match..... Night starts off with the glass breaking and Steve Austin coming to the ring. He goes off on a speech about trying to shake things up last week and he's going to continue to do so. He's going to make Raw eventful and a night full of twists and surprises. With that said, he's making a special announcement. Tonight, in the Kane/HHH match, there will be a special referee. That referee will be none other than one Rob...Van....Dam ! RVD comes out in a referee's shirt and, while walking to ringside, Triple H's music hits. He storms down the ramp and gets right into RVD's face. He starts talking about how the match better be called fair, or there will be some serious hell to pay. Kane runs down the ramp and starts beating up Triple H, further setting the stage for tonight. To build up an epic feeling, throughout the night, various wrestlers will be talking to RVD about what a huge match this is. Ric Flair will make some threats about HHH remaining champ, HBK will talk about calling it down the middle, etc. When the time comes for the HHH/Kane match, RVD is calling it right down the middle. He gets hit with a Kane flying clothesline though, and gets knocked out. Evolution comes down to ringside and starts beating up Kane. RVD slowly gets up, notices Evolution beating up Kane, and hesitantly turns his back. HHH hits a Pedigree and RVD counts 3. Evolution starts celebrating in the ring, and rips off Kane's mask while he's laying on the ground. At this point, his hair is still covering his face. Triple H starts beating Kane with a steel chair. But he turns around, and gets a Van-Daminator right in the face. Evolution all run out of the ring and up the ramp, leaving the World Title in the ring. RVD picks up the title, starts celebrating with it, and runs out through the crowd with the belt in his hand. Meanwhile, Kane slowly gets up, the fans see his burnt face, and he lets out a loud roar showing his anger about what has just happened to him. He then starts bashing stuff outside the ring and going berserk, as the show goes off the air. ----------------------- This can now set up a RVD/HHH feud, with RVD saying that the gold was his goal all this time. Or an RVD/HHH/Kane feud, which could lead to a Triple Threat. But it would raise the belt's value, showing just what measures wrestlers would take to get the gold, even turning on their partners. It would also relatively keep RVD a face [a cocky bad-ass one, who did what he had to do to get a title shot] and Kane a monster, even without his mask [as he starts crashing stuff after everyone has left]

That was one of the most ridiculous statements I have ever read at this forum, and I feel the need to correct you. RVD isn't over ? No, no. There's a difference between having low credibility and being over. When one is over, they get a good amount of cheers and can keep the fans involved in a match. This has been what RVD has done, even with the big, red anchor tied to him. Whether it was in the ring against the frogs or, previously, in that best-of-3000 series with Three Minute Warning, RVD has kept the fans interested. Now, as for having no credibility, that's a problem. He's been the face-in-peril in tag matches for six months and, before that, was losing every Heavyweight Title match that went his way. However, the credibility gap CAN be fixed. Big Show was losing to Jeff Hardy in October. He won the WWE Title in November. If WWE would just put in the effort, for one month, towards giving RVD some wins and some credibility, it would do wonders for his career. It's complete nonsense when people imply that RVD's WWE career is finished and he's not over. His cheers are still through the roof and, though they aren't up to the level of his Alliance cheers, they're still pretty damn impressive. If the WWE booked him well for one month, he could still be a serious challenger for the title. But of course, WWE would never, ever do that.

Nah. Then Stephanie would have to depush Triple H for being too fat to attract the common male today. She did it with Nidia, and Torrie Wilson will only be a matter of time. My prediction: After completing this spectacular male soap-opera angle revolving around Al Wilson, Vince McMahon will put together a Judy Wilson on a Forklift match between Torrie Wilson and Dawn Marie. There, Torrie will win again. Later in the night, Triple H and Chris Benoit will battle in a "First to use the sledgehammer wins" match. Triple H will win in 4 seconds. Now that's a monster-sized Smackdown !
-
The screwjob was done last night, when Kane got the title shot, and RVD laid outside the ring for 15 minutes. Besides that, I don't see much of a screwjob. Jindrak will come help Triple H win. Kane will take off his mask. It will turn out that he only had a few burns and scars on his face, but was so insecure about his looks. He'll put his mask back on. He'll go and have a cherry slushie with RVD. And the fans will respond with apathy.
-
I think you forgot one important part. Ten years ago, Chris Benoit was in a car with Torrie's father. Benoit wanted to have sex with him, but Al refused. On the ride home, there was a car crash and Al Wilson was killed. Later, at the crime scene, semen was found inside Al's body. But the question is, and this IS a good one, did Benoit have sex with Al before or after his death ? -This, of course, will all be revealed by HHH before he squashes Benoit.
-
The father of Torrie Wilson gets married, while in his underwear, to Dawn Marie. On their honeymoon, he has a heartattack after sex. At the funeral, Dawn will then attack Torrie with a lamp. Beat that ! Nobody can come up with an idea worse than that !
-
Wait, wait, wait. You forgot to add: RVD walks down the ramp. Trips. Falls. Lays there for the rest of the interview while all of the grown-ups discuss their issues.
-
Fuck this company. I refuse to watch next Monday night. This is such bullshit. RVD/Kane are split up. Kane gets all the attention on him and a title shot next week at MSG. RVD got pushed off the top turnbuckle to the floor and laid there for 15 minutes while everyone else talked. WWE continues to choose to push the big guy whose push has failed time after time. Then, they fuck over RVD like they've done every single time. Why not give RVD a title shot ? He's more over than anybody in Madison Square Garden ! According to rumors, even Vince saw that at Survivor Series ! But no, can't have that. Can't push the guy the fans want to fucking see. I mean, I would have even wanted to see RVD in Evolution tonight. Anything. Just goddamn, do something with him. Now they split up the team, without even a feud. And now Kane's going against HHH for the title, and RVD ? No direction. Again. They should just release him and let him go to TNA. This is a waste. Fuck WWE. They have now officially lost my support. Congratulations to them.

It beats the original title. The "JR: I am a Fat Fuck" cookbook.
-
Big Bossman Never confirmed. Folks, who will join Evolution ? Goldberg ? Rob Van Dam ? Kane ? Booker T ? No, silly. It will be Mark Jindrak. I mean, that will get the fans to explode in anger and outrage, anticipating the next Raw. Right ?........right......?
-
You know the WWE philosophy. If you don't know how to finish an angle, just drop it. (See: Who lifted the Briefcase? )
-
Gerwitz: Oh god, oh god....I need someone to run in and attack Evolution during the beginning interview. It could really raise them up, but I can't figure out who to choose. *RVD walks by* RVD: What's going on, dude ? *gets ignored* Whatever ! *RVD walks away. Booker T walks by* Booker: How's it going Gerwitz ? Allright sucka, I'll see you later. *Booker T walks away* Gerwitz: Jeez, what to do. Wait, I got it ! *Runs into the locker room and towards Al Snow and Maven* Gerwitz: You two are the ones who will run in during the interview. You're the only guys that deserve a push, so get your asses out there !

This week, "The Whole F'N Show" Rob Van Dam, joined the Voice of Wrestling. Now, let's get to the recap with Rob Van Dam: - Rob started off the interview by talking about the Bad Blood PPV and how someone needs to worry about Kane and doesn't know what his deal is, but he thinks he'll pull through at the PPV. He said that La Risistance is alright, but they are definitely not Rob Van Dam. - The World Championship is something that he has yet to accomplish in the WWE, thus far, and Rob said he thinks that goal will be replaced by the wrestlers of yesteryear coming back that WWE can pay a huge portion to and feel guilty for not using . He said that he thinks every guy that isn't dead yet that we used to watch as a kid is going to come back to satisfy the preset notion of who the WWE offices think the best representation for WWE is. - If the WWE offices don't think RVD fits with the traditional standards of the WWE, Rob Van Dam agrees with that. He thinks that his ECW experience best showcases him in a hardcore environment. His fans respect him though, so he will let them be his voice. - He said the WWE World Title doesn't look like it will be in his immediate future, but he will keep doing what he is doing and that's being RVD. - In regards to the Hardcore Title being dropped, Rob believes that the WWE didn't want it to mean anything. He said that the Hardcore title before he got there was being related to going to the bathroom and using a plunger on each other, or tipping over a taco stand, and it was stupid. That was their take on what ECW was doing and RVD said that they totally didn't get it. RVD thinks that he took that title and made it meant so much, the other belts were threatened by it. - As response to being at the top of the Intercontinental Division and whether he was satisfied with that position or not, he answered, "Whatever." He is going to keep doing what he is doing and let the fans speak for himself. If they keep chanting that they paid to see RVD, then he is happy. - Paul Heyman was recently let go from being Head Writer on the Smackdown Brand, RVD said that although he doesn't watch it, he assumes it probably has taken a new direction since then and that it was probably a direction that is not in a good way. Credit: Wrestlingheadlines.com --------------------------------------------------------- The follow three matches are rumored for SummerSlam: There are rumors that Foley could be facing Triple H at this year's SummerSlam and, after their feud ends, Triple H will begin his feud with Goldberg. Chris Jericho is expected to continue his feud with Bill Goldberg all the way into SummerSlam for a rematch. Credit: Observer It's also rumored that at SummerSlam, Rey Misterio may take on Ultimo Dragon. [Credit: Torch] --------------------------------------------------------------- Tough Enough Back For New Season WWE Tough Enough will be back for another season this year but at the moment it is not known if the show will be aired on Spike TV or MTV. MTV owns the programming rights for the show at the moment. Spike TV is very interested in owning the show, as they want more WWE-related programming on their network. The show is expected to undergo a new format for this year’s season. Credit: WrestlingObserver All in all, a positive newsday. One of my favorite wrestlers, RVD, has just basically guaranteed himself a depush for the rest of his WWE career. And, it looks like the Raw title will stay with Triple H forever, only to one day eventually be buried with him. I mean, when the fuck are they planning to get this title off of him ? The fans are sick of him as champ but now he'll be going against Foley, and soon Goldberg, both of which he won't drop it against. And they wonder why a backstage mutiny is about to erupt...
-
Yes, the Rock is popular. But Goldberg was supposed to be this HUGE WCW superstar. Everyone wants to see him back. He is making his debut match in WWE. First one the fans have seen in 2 or 3 years. And what happens ? They not only boo Goldberg and cheer Rock. They chant "Goldberg sucks !" This was a guy that was supposed to get WWE media attention, and he's being booed in his first match back ! As for the Jericho situation, don't give me that. He's been getting solid boos for months. He did get cheered at WrestleMania, but the difference was, the fans didn't boo when Michaels won. They still cheered for him, but some did want to see Jericho win. However, last night, the fans booed when Goldberg won. Jericho has been getting booed against everybody lately. He goes against Goldberg and he gets cheered. What does this say about Goldberg ? I think someone's trying to be a Goldberg apologist right now. He's designed to get huge fan support and he should be getting that all the time, especially considering these have been heels he's been going against. But he hasn't been, and the fans are starting to backlash against him. I'll say it again. Goldberg is worthless to WWE.
-
There's excuse number 1 right there........and you just proved my point my man........Like i said nobody in WWE draws buyrates right now so why shit on Goldberg for not getting more buys in his ppv matches........If you shit on Goldberg for that then you have to shit on Lesnar, Angle, Austin, Rock, HHH, Booker T, Jericho, HBK. You can't shit on the other guys, because they weren't brought in for the same reason Goldberg was. Goldberg was brought in for the SOLE purpose of getting good buyrates and ratings. He sure as hell isn't a good wrestler and I'm sure even Vince realizes that. He was signed to bring in money, get TV ratings and buyrates boosted, and become tremendously popular. Has he done any of that ? Fuck no. The fans boo him in any match that goes over 5 minutes. Besides a relatively high rating in that cage match with Christian, he's done jackshit for the ratings. And the buyrates, embarrassing for what he was intended to do. He can sit there and bitch about being considered "disappointing" but that is exactly what he is. He has done nothing he was signed to do and, at this point, not even the fans are willing to completely back him up and cheer him. Goldberg is worthless.
-
Angle/Brock was not the hyped Main Event. For sure, the Hogan/Vince feud got the most attention and was hyped. On the Raw side, it would be Triple H/Booker T. You can't look at the Angle/Brock match for the low buyrates because it was never made to look like the actual main event. Hell, until WrestleMania morning, Hogan/Vince was still scheduled as the final match. With your logic, you can say "HBK/Jericho didn't bring in buyrates and was a failure. So was HHH/Booker. So was Rock/Austin. So was Rey Misterio/Matt Hardy, etc." With a match that was as heavily hyped as the REAL Main Event in Rock/Goldberg, it was a complete failure. Angle/Lesnar didn't receive nearly the same attention and main event billing that match did. ....wait, you weren't talking about getting my excuse, were you?

What a whiny bitch Clemens is. Just getting into the Hall of Fame should be enough of an honor. But now, he's going to boycott because they won't let him choose which team he should represent. He became famous in Boston. Earned most of his accomplishments in Boston. Why the fuck should he go in as a Yankee ? Fine, he won a few World Series championships, but that doesn't add up to his 5 Cy Youngs and MVP award he got in Boston. He won't show up to the ceremony because he can't choose what hat he wears ? I say, stick a Boston hat and a Yankees hat up his ass and send him on his way. Hell, don't even induct him if he doesn't respect what the Hall of Fame means and won't abide by their rules. How ridiculously ungrateful. Fuck Clemens.

World Heavyweight Title: Triple H vs. Kevin Nash $350 on Triple H Chris Jericho vs. Bill Goldberg $400 on Goldberg Shawn Michaels vs. Ric Flair $100 on Shawn Michaels RVD/Kane vs. La Resistance $150 on La Resistance
-
Nash will take a big bump. When he runs down the ramp into the ring, he's bound to fall down. It will be more hardcore than any of that Foley nonsense.
-
Who the hell cares ? He was going to get it eventually, and the milestone has been tarnished since it took him 4 attempts to actually do it. So hooray, Clemens was able to get his 300th win. I just scratched my ass for the 300th time today. When am I going to get a whole bunch of overblown hype from ESPN ?
-
I didn't think it was possible, but Linda FINALLY figured out how to get back the fans' attention. That's right ! More Vince McMahon ! Imagine some of the future discussions. Mike: Hey Chris, there's a WWE House Show in town tonight. Want to go ? Chris: No man, that's not cool before. I haven't liked that stuff in years ! Mike: But the guy on the commercial said Vince McMahon would make an appearance there. Chris: Vince McMahon ?! Mike, get me my nWo shirt ! Finally, it's a good time to watch wrestling again !!

The One and Only Smackdown Thread (June 12, 2003)
NYU replied to ChrisMWaters's topic in The WWE Folder
I think it was. Usually when something isn't meant to happen...the announcers either are silent (See Survivor Series 97, IIRC) or, in Smackdown's case, it gets cut out. yeah but how would they edit that out and then not have an ending? Im wondering if this shit was worked or not I'm sure it was. If it wasn't, Brock Lesnar would have finished the match the best he could by rolling over and pinning the Big Show quickly. Assuming he wasn't seriously injured, and there has been no mention of that since the show, he would have done his best to give an ending to the match. They wouldn't have left it a complete no-contest if that wasn't unplanned. Still pretty god damn cool though. -
Right. Let's give the money to the CAST, which have high-enough contracts as it is. To someone who's pulling in 500G's a year, what the hell is an extra 15,000 dollars ? Why didn't he give it to the people who needed it more ? Perhaps the wardrobe or the set designers ? You know, people who aren't paid as much but would appreciate the money a lot more. Gandolfini is an asshole and did this to get extra publicity. He held out for more money, and now the public sees him for the bastard he is, and I am pretty grateful.

I would nominate myself, but I'm never annoying or irritating. Plus, some of my posts are the most intelligent things going today. --------------------------------------------------------------- *FLASHBACK(Few Hours Ago): +1 ! ........ ......what the hell do you mean, saying this isn't original ? I spent weeks coming up with this +1 gimmick. Ah, fuck it. I give up. * ----------------------------------------------------------- ....yeah. As I was saying.....
