  1. I didn't agree to that.
  2. Mascot's here. Shit's about to hit the fan now. It's an OAOAST Invasion~! Chuck and Zack better make their loyalties known.
  3. And OAOAST Heavyweight Champion Drek Stone will invade the SWF! Or not. Whichever.
  4. Great idea! I hope WWE is smart enough to do a Basic Instinct spoof.
  5. Yeah. This Japanese crowd is the BEST place to pull off OJ Simpson jokes.
  6. Muniz really grew up awkwardly as well. It doesn't help that everyone on the show is just incredibly unlikable. I did enjoy it during its first season, and a large portion of the second. But it has DEFINITELY run its course.
  7. Is the audience for Desperate Housewives even the same audience for people that would watch Arrested Development? You need to worry about the ratings of the other shows as well. By keeping the animated series in one bloc, excluding King of the Hill, you're all but guaranteeing that you're going to keep the majority of the audience tuned in for that hour-and-a-half. The people who are going to watch the Simpsons will generally watch Family Guy who, in return, will probably watch American Dad. Now, with Arrested Development at 9:30, you're hoping to keep those people that have already tuned into Fox for an hour-and-a-half. First off, with this animated crowd INCLUDING Family Guy fans -- which you won't have before May 1st -- you're adding a new dimension to the possible Arrested Development audience. Then, for the people who stayed tuned for American Dad, they're not going to turn to Cold Case or Desperate Housewives in the middle of those hour-long shows. They might as well just give Arrested Development a chance, and stay on Fox to see if the show is as good as people say it is. Keeping them in the 8:30 timeslot is just COMPLETELY ineffective. It hasn't worked thus far, and I see no reason at all for it working in a few months. Now that I think about it, switching American Dad with Family Guy may work, since it might give Arrested Development a potentially stronger audience. But I think the 9:30 slot for Arrested Development might be the best place for it on the Fox lineup starting in May.
  8. The 7:00 spot on Sunday Nights is just a death knell for shows on Fox, basically. Even without the NFL season pre-empting it. Fox is looking for American Dad to succeed at this time, so they definitely won't put that in the 7 pm timeslot. Especially since it's a brand new show and they want to build some momentum behind it. They really don't care so much about Malcolm and King of the Hill anymore, so that has a lesser impact. Assuming that everyone would want to keep Arrested Development -- I don't care too much either way -- I would schedule it: 7:00 - King of the Hill 7:30 - Malcolm in the Middle 8:00 - Simpsons 8:30 - Family Guy 9:00 - American Dad 9:30 - Arrested Development
  9. Rock vs. Austin at WrestleMania X-7 was also a face vs. face title match up until the ending.

    New Puzzle Game

13 drove me crazy until Piss helped me figure it out. Keep in mind that it IS case sensitive. And follow the clues.

    New Puzzle Game

Ah, finally finished the puzzle game! Going to try and start this code one now.....

    New Puzzle Game

Keep in mind #12 is also case-sensitive. You're probably overthinking it. Just look at the borders, and take it for what it is.

    For #12: Study the borders.

    New Puzzle Game

Still stuck on 13. I don't know what I'm missing here.
  15. I changed my vote. I don't want you to do a tournament anymore.
  16. For future reference, the X-Title Champion is Leon Rodez. Tournaments are great -- IF you can properly plan them. They're actually pretty involved if you want to make sure it comes out all right. It could either be successful like the Round Robin Tourney was, or fall apart like the Emperor of Death Tournament. I voted yes. But if you do it, just make sure you know what you're doing.

    New Puzzle Game

Finally got 12! It's really so obvious once you finally figure it out. #13 is a bitch though. Stuck on that one now.
  18. Hoff actually has a chance of winning the Heavyweight Title.
  19. Puzzle Level 8 drove me pretty crazy before I figured it out. Still stuck on Level 9 though.
  20. Wow, I'm actually really shocked with this poll response. I NEVER would have guessed people liked Phenom so much more than Adam.....
  21. Yeah, Crono, I'm with you! Half-naked chick's asses are TOTALLY inappropriate! Calling the President of the United States a "war-mongering man-chimp" is infinitely more proper.
  22. ..... Wow. Shit, Adam's going to kill me here. Whatever. Adam, you're a nice guy and all, but I really think you unfairly pick on Phenom sometimes. Whether it be when I talk to you on AIM, or some of your posts in the OAOAST folder, you just have a real problem with the guy and I don't understand why. Either way, I think Phenom's pretty cool, even if you might disagree with that. Don't take this the wrong way or anything, since you're okay too, but my vote went to Phenom here.....
  23. I would attribute that to it simply being a heel-heel title match. They rarely get a considerable amount of heat, basically because the fans just have no idea who to cheer for. But hey, blame it on whatever you want.
  24. Lawler seemed to have set the seeds tonight for blaming Orton's recent misfortune on hooking up with Stacy. He never had these problems before meeting her -- but now, he can't help but suffer through a concussion state with almost every match. I wouldn't be surprised if this continues for a few more weeks until Orton finally blames the entire thing on spending time with Stacy, effectively turning him heel in the process. There has to be a reason they've put him together with her and, considering that they've now given up on him as the top face for the time being, this might be the next best thing. I really can't see them going with Randy Orton vs. Christian at WrestleMania -- especially since they've basically ignored Christian since dropping his relationship with Trish a few months ago. But Orton against a relatively high face.....? Perhaps even Rock? That I see.
  25. What an idiot he was for wanting to follow his dream. Damn the man for having a dream and wanting to follow it. Damn him, I say. This is a runabout conversation, and it always degenerates into exactly the same argument. Someone is inevitably going to say that Brock Lesnar ran out on a company that desperately needed him as a top heel on Smackdown at the time. Someone will then return that claim by screaming that Lesnar had to face Hardcore Holly for the title only two months before, and was only going to get squashed by the Undertaker in a few months -- despite the fact that we have no solid idea of what WWE's plans were for the upcoming Lesnar/Taker feud. Someone will say that Lesnar is an asshole for leaving WWE to try and start a career in the NFL. There will be someone else that says Brock was merely trying to follow his dream, and he shouldn't be blamed for trying to see if he could find success in another field. Then, we will see the counter to that argument when a new addition to the conversation says Brock should have never signed such an extended contract anyway if he eventually had plans to try his luck in professional football. If you're allowed to leave your contract on a whim to try a completely different career, then what exactly is the purpose of a contract anyway? Someone will say they don't care to see Brock back in WWE since he doesn't even love professional wrestling anyway. Another person will say love for the sport has nothing to do with success. As long as Brock can still put on a good show, he should be welcomed. To return that claim, someone will simply cite the name "Goldberg." They will be told this is a completely different situation. The conversation will go around and around. Eventually, the discussion will become heated with people throwing out such barbaric insults like "jerk", "moron", and "idiot." And, in the end, it will just be a rehash of the other thousands of Brock Lesnar threads we've seen around these parts. These would be reruns if they weren't already new episodes. Simply put, if the contract says that the no-compete clause is to last until 2010, and Brock Lesnar signed that contract knowing exactly what the stipulation was, he should be forced to stick by it. If that was always to be the deal, then I don't see what there is to discuss. It's a shame he shot himself in the foot by signing such a contract, but you live and learn.
