Jordin's rendition of the final song was entirely lame. Overly emotional and sappy; it's the kind of shit that'll be on the radio non-stop for two weeks. Then she'll disappear just like all the others. I can't believe anyone buys into their overpimping - did you know she was 17? didja? ...how bout now? no? ... okay, let's repeat it one more time AND HAMMER IT INTO YOUR BRAIN - fucking lunacy. And I'm not saying that as a Blake fangirl because, honestly, he sucked tonight too. I missed their first set of songs - I care that much about the show - and I'm glad I did. I loathe his beatbox version of 'You Give Love a Bad Name', and his vocals always seem like they're overreaching. Anyway. DialIdol has Jordin set to win with 6.7 points more than Blake. As if that's a surprise to anyone.

I'm here as well, just not really paying attention to the show. The comments here are more entertaining, I gotta say.

You forgot Equilibrium and Blades of Glory. Though admittedly, the latter was a very small role.

If Jordin's set to win this thing, then what's it matter if Blake is top 2? I'm glad for it actually. Gotta have someone to cheer for; the rest of the season has, well, sucked and sucked hard.

According to dialidol, it looks to be Blake leaving tonight. Which'll really suck -- the two girls are interchangable, without personality, and incredibly boring. Doesn't matter who wins of those two; they'll fade into the background just like all the other idols not named Kelly Clarkson or Carrie Underwood.

He's not gay, he's "gangly". Onto this show... I enjoyed his second performance muchly. The pop-techno genre suits him. Melinda and Jordin, meh, they're snooze-worthy tonight.

That's...fairly interesting.

Ryan outgays Blake by a long shot. And no, I like Blake for his originality and bravery. But the beatboxing stuff? That's just getting old.

Wow, everyone is sucking tonight; not really any favorable judge opinions so far. Have to agree with them on Blake, though. The falsetto "Ohhhh" was really bad.

$148 million is about $25 million more than I figured really..it helped that all the other movies out did nothing.. Blades of Glory did fairly well, I think. Probably not PotC2 or Spidey3 numbers, but still earned a decent profit. At least I think so. I'm not very good at reading the box office numbers. ^^;; Just wish they'd release it on dvd already. But that's just me being impatient.

The most I know about him he is, or rather was, the singer of Queen. Only song that comes to mind is "We are the Champions". Outside that... nothing comes to mind.

The girl who loves gay men has no interest in a film about Freddy Mercury? Cute. -shrug- I don't know who Mercury is, to be honest. Not that it matters. If Sascha is in the movie, I'll see irregardless.

I pretty much mirror Giuseppe Zangara's post. I'd love to see him in more films, and yet I'm not really interested in a film about Mercury. Still, I'd probably watch just for him.

Phil Stacey, and Chris Richardson. The 'final two' was between Chris and Blake.

Goodbye Phil. Hardly knew ya. Hardly cared, either. I actually thought he would leave this week; 'Blaze of Glory' is just one of those ironic songs, like whatever Gina sang before she left, that AI seems to love this season.

Wait, people hate Robin Hood: Men in Tights? Geez...why? That's, like, one of my fave films from childhood. Damn straight. I know they made the songs intentionally addicting and all, but "Backdoor Lover" is probably one of my favorite songs. For obvious reasons. ...It's just catchy bubblegum pop. Jeeze, get your minds outta the gutter

Let's Go to Prison. I guess the dry humor and romantic subplot didn't appeal to people. I don't know. I just love the film. School for Scoundrels. Jon Heder, Billy Bob Thornton...it's just awesome.
