I still think they can get 85-86 wins. That's not a bad season, although short of expectations/hopes/dreams/etc. The pitching staff needs a serious overhaul in the offseason.

I had a feeling that is where he would end up. Hasek is solid in the regular season, but I don't know about Detroit's chances in the postseason if Hasek is the guy they lean on. He'll be fine as long as he doesn't get hurt. That's the only thing the Wings need to worry about. Granted, though, there's a pretty good chance of that happening.

No one would ever rather face Giambi than Rodriguez, because Rodriguez isn't any good. I'd put Abreu third, drop Giambi to cleanup and bat A-Rod fifth.
