I think it does take great skill. I was watching with my dad, who is over 50, and he said, "My God, how many giant people his age can do that!" I agreed with him. Undertaker may not be a great wrestler, but he is still hugely popular, is improving his style and has provided us with one of the greatest gimmicks of our time.
