Dean Malenko might just be the most underrated wrestler ever. The highlight of his WWF career was April-May 2000. Great singles match with Scotty at Backlash and a good 3-way at Judgement Day with Guerrero and Saturn.

Living in KC and regularly watching NFL-related programs, I am incredibly sick of the verbal BJ's given to both teams. Yeah, the Chiefs have a good team, but their schedule is pathetic (not that it's their fault). The best teams they've beaten are mediocre at best (GB, BAL, DEN) and there's not a good team in sight either. I'm sure they'll go 15-1, but not to the Super Bowl. The people at ESPN and such jack off to the Titans every time they're mentioned. Once again, a good team and to their credit, they did beat Carolina, but also lost to NE and IND. Too many people are overlooking the Patriots (my pick from the AFC).

Not that I would wish injury on anyone (especially the dreaded quad tear), but this is great news for me and my favorite team, the Steelers. The Ravens should start sucking and we have games against Oakland, San Diego, San Fran, NY Jets, and all 3 weak-ass division opponents. Come on 10-6!

No Mercy by a mile. My only complaint is the slight slow-down with 4-player action. I guarantee if they cut those stupid, blurry titan tron videos, it would run at a normal speed.

Don't know about tomorrow, but on Thursday the Rockets beat the the Nuggets. Carmelo should have a decent game (15-20 pts) but Houston still wins 95-75 or so.

Good God, that 97 show was vintage WCW. Four of the last five matches end in a DQ with three of them being title matches.

I really liked the way my Rockets looked tonight. Granted, the Spurs were missing some starters like Parker, but Houston still manhandled them. Yao has put on about 15 pounds and was playing much better than he did last year. The defense also looked much better. I think this team could most certainly take a 6-8th seed come April.

We may not have seen Shelton lay down for the Fameasser, but we sure as hell saw him lay down for The Worm and the Ass Drop or whatever the hell Rikishi's sit-down move is called. It was almost just as bad, but think of it this way: Would you rather have Rikishi back who just stays low on the card and always jobs to put over whoever the next push goes to... or Billy Gunn who always gets pushed as midcard threat (often accompanied with a title run) and goes over all up-and-comers despite getting no reaction at all?

At least it was unpredictable. I didn't see the Bashams win or the Benoit/Angle split coming at all. Scotty would have surprised me as well, had Heyman not said "team." I thought for sure we were doomed to watch Shelton lay down to the fameasser. The ME should have been kept to one fall and thrown in another match in it's place. I like the Japanese Mafia. Hopefully they fair better than that Italian one.
