  1. I'm surprised wrestlers who pick a match pick one that they're not in.
  2. I'd figured Brock was going to win at Vengeance and then drop to Angle at SS, but now that Kurt is champ, I wouldn't be surprised if Brock comes out on top like he did almost one year ago. Of course, I want Jericho to win because he fucking deserves to, but I don't see it happening since they're concentrated on Goldberg / HHH so much. SS is make or break time for Bill, either he wins the World title or his lame WWE Streak ends. Angle Vs. Lesnar II > Elimination Chamber II
  3. The Informer from WWE is such full of shit, this is the same guy who once printed in one of the magazines that Chris Nowinski would become heavyweight champion with Kevin Nash's help.
  4. Thanks in advance.
  5. The Japanese media announced today that Takayuki Okada, who wrestled under the name Giant Ochiai, has passed away after spending several days in a coma following what was called a "training accident" at World Japan's dojo. Okada was 30 years old. Okada had worked World Japan, and had also worked for Battlarts, as well as MMA companies DEEP and PRIDE. Okada's highest profile bout had been a losing bid against Ricco Rodriguez in PRIDE. There has been some negative backlash towards World Japan from the Japanese media as the promotion, which has had lukewarm interest at best since it's debut this year, has deflected blame for the incident. 6. Wesley Snipes as an ambulance driver in Critical Condition starring Richard Pryor. He only has one or two lines in the movie and you can barely see his face.
  7. I'm scared to know who's going to play Jon... :S
  8. How could have Kane met Katie Vick if he was locked in Paul Bearer's basement? What, he just snuck out one night?
  9. When WWE mentions WM, they mentioned WM I with Hogan / Mr T. Vs. Piper / Orndoff and WM III with Hogan Vs. Andre. They really never mention anything about WM II, making it seem like it was the "lost" WM.
  10. Gangrel had a tight entrance and some badass music. Unfortunately, his biggest push culminated into jobbing to fucking X-Pac.
  11. I remember I was watching it and there was a fan with a big sign saying Sid Justice, clearly showing that he was a favorite of his. And then the moment Sid abandoned Hogan and was walking to the back, you can see the same fan rip up his own sign.
  12. Vader should have won, period.
  13. I thought they were just joking about it on the show until I saw the Road Wild commercial. I was simply like O_O Jay Leno > Dennis Rodman though
  14. Damn, how could I forget? >_<
  15. NNNNNNNNNNNOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
  16. I thought the WWE talent guys would watch a match of whoever and if they're impressed, they'll call him up for offer. That's how I always it worked.
  17. I'll never get over Coach calling Bill as "GOLDBORG" at Backlash. Anyway, Al Snow is a better commentator than Coach. I didn't think Scott Hudson was bad and he was certainly 100 times better than Schiavone. Michael Hayes played a great heel commentator when he was Dok Hendrix.
  18. I know Jericho's been a heel for most of his career, but for some reason, I always liked better as a babyface. Must've been those Steph jokes.
  19. Off-topic: I really enjoyed Edge's match with Brock Lesnar at Rebellion last year. It was really good and I think Edge has what it takes to become WWE Champion. His mic skills just need some work.
  20. I retract my statement about Booker being a prick. I've heard he's great with fans. I'm just disappointed I didn't have the honor of talking to him / getting a picture with him. Oh yeah, I forgot to add Fit Fitley on my list. He was there also, but he was a dick. I heard CJ's a great guy once he stops kayfabing. I'm guessing that's a rare thing to happen for people who meet him. Oh, its true! Its true! Yes, Spike was a dick. Believe me, I was shocked. The same thing happened with Maven coming in with D-Von, but Maven signed for everybody, had pics taken alongside with D-Von. Weird. Sylvian was a straight-out dick, but Rene was nice enough to sign for fans, take pics. Must be a rare thing I guess.
  21. Its kinda hard for the CW division to be strong when most of the guys are stuck on Velocity.
  22. I wouldn't mind having Jeff back as long as he was a heel and quit smoking crack. According to original plans, they were actually supposed to have a feud sometime this year before Jeff got himself fired. The angle was that Rico didn't like Jeff's "extreme" attitude, body paint, and dress attire because it set a bad example in fashion. Rico was supposed to go over Jeff and Jeff was gonna dress "more profressionally", I'm guessing something along the lines of RTC. Of course, while this was in planning, Rico was still the evil fasion stylist guru and not Adrian Street Jr.
  23. Wrong, each show has their own champion. Ever since the Undisputed Championship became the UNundisuputed Championship (World Heavyweight Title, WWE Championship), the champs and the belt have been exclusive to their shows. Don't expect to see HHH on SD or Brock on RAW unless they lose the belts (alright so that already happened to Brock, but he's still in the chase) and get traded to the other show. I have a feeling something will come up and they're gonna drag this feud and not even have the damn happen until like Survivor Series or something.
  24. HHH's pop dies once his entrance is over. Anyway, I checked the latest rigged WWE poll asking in regards to the new WWE Magazine's question of who will end HHH's reign. Obviously, Shawn Michaels is in the lead at 33% while Chris Jericho and...The Rock are tied at 16%. Gayberg is at 15%. Its a long list of ppl though, but those are the high numbers at this moment. By the way, Nash is at 2%, yes I typed 2.
  25. Name Freddy Krueger Played by Robert Englund Franchise ''Nightmare on Elm Street'' (1984) Number of Movies 7 Body Count 30 Method of Dispatch Dirty glove with 10-inch-blade fingernails Classic Kill Freddy transforms a victim into a cockroach and slowly rips each limb from her body (''The Dream Master''). Where You'll Find Him Within the bad dreams of the children on Elm Street in Springwood, Ohio Back Story A child killer released on a technicality, he was burned to death by the parents of his victims -- all Elm Street residents. Celebrity Frightings Freddy sliced and diced Johnny Depp (the first ''Nightmare'') and Breckin Meyer (''Freddy's Dead''), while Laurence Fishburne and Patricia Arquette (''Dream Warriors'') survived. Achilles' Heel Drag him into the real world, because in dreams, he's invincible. Will He Beat Jason? Las Vegas oddsmakers say no. They have him as a 5-to-7 underdog. But don't count him out just yet -- Freddy's MO has always been brains over brawn. Name Jason Voorhees Played by First-timer Ken Kirzinger (Kane Hodder is best known for the role) Franchise ''Friday the 13th'' (1980) Number of Movies 10 Body Count 127 Method of dispatch A machete, generally Classic Kill Jason ties up two naked women in their sleeping bags and pummels them against a tree (''Jason X''). Where You'll Find Him Camp Crystal Lake, but he's been known to make the occasional trip to the big city (''Jason Takes Manhattan'') -- or space (''Jason X''). Back Story In 1957, Jason drowned in Crystal Lake because his camp counselors were busy getting busy. Death is Jason's revenge on the young and randy. Celebrity Frightings Jason's had the pleasure to knock off Crispin Glover (''The Final Chapter'') and Kelly Hu (''Jason Takes Manhattan''). On the flip side, Corey Feldman kills him in ''Final Chapter'' -- at least until lightning resurrects the corpse in ''Jason Lives.'' Achilles' Heel A good explosion or decapitation will slow him down for a while -- but even atmospheric burn-up hasn't cleaned his clock for good. Will He Beat Freddy? Yes, say Vegas oddsmakers. He's the favorite, with 2-to-3 odds. But give Freddy the home-field advantage -- ''Jason vs. Freddy'' takes place on Elm Street...until the very end.
