  1. I honestly can't think of a Republican candidate that I would give a shit about if McCain wasn't nominated. At this rate, Obama would have a better chance of getting a top spot if he were Hilary's running mate since she's been in the game longer therefore being more popular.
  2. They're making an American remake of Oldboy.
  3. What's up with all these actors making sequels to movies they should have done like 10 or 20 years ago? First Arnold with Terminator 3, Sharon Stone with Basic Instinct 2, then Stallone with Rocky 6, now Bruce Willis with Die Hard 4 and coming soon Harrison Ford with the fourth Indiana Jones movie?!! Edit: I love Bruce Willis, but IMO he's going to get his ass kicked by robots that weekend.
  4. Hey, somebody fixed it!
  5. Mark-out moment of the year: Edge FINALLY becoming the WWE Champion / Booker T getting the title again Match of the year: Besides Angle / Undertaker, I have to put Cena / Helmsley. Great match from start to finish! Biggest disappointment: Rey Mysterio as World Champion / WWECW
  6. Everybody loves Peter. RIP
  7. The Road Warriors DVD was pretty damn good.
  8. Too bad my only fond memory of ECW's return was the first One Night Stand.
  9. Guess Hogan's out of a match at Wrestlemania since Austin still refuses to work with him, Angle's in TNA, Big Show's gone, and Cena is most likely defending the WWE Championship.
  10. Bobby Lashley, easily the worst ECW Champion since Justin Credible.

  12. Jerk, I disagree. I was grateful that the test screen scene was inclunded. IMO it was better that Superman was revealed that way rather than him fucking up as bad as he did in the Lester version. Also, the ending was better. I ALWAYS hated the magic kiss ending. Yeah, the Donner cut was great. Clearly superior to Lester's fake version IMO. I can't thank Warner Bros. enough for finally releasing it. It was great to finally see what the movie was supposed to be as originally intended plus the mini-documentary they included as an extra was nifty to check out. I HIGHLY recommend everybody check it out if you're a Superman fan. Edit: Just to clarify, Superman Returns is NOT the first movie to be released on DVD, HD-DVD, AND Blu Ray. That honor went to Mission Impossible III.
  13. Am I the only one who actually liked Sting's heel turn? I thought it was awesome!
  14. Wow, I don't give a shit about this show at all. Bobby Lashley as The ECW Champion. Yuck.

  16. Hollywood is divided on this. HD-DVD has the support of Warner Bros., Paramount, Universal and The Weinstein Company. Blu-ray has Sony, Warner Bros., Paramount, Fox, Disney, MGM (part of Sony and Fox) and Lionsgate. Universal is the only studio that's supporting HD-DVD exclusively. Where as Sony, Fox, MGM and Lionsgate are supporting only Blu-ray format.
  17. I saw the trailer for Turistas and it looks like complete crap as well as appearing to be such a rip-off of Hostel. And they made a White Noise 2?!! UGH!
  18. This will be the 2nd time one year later at the same PPV that Batista will be involved in a tag team match as the World Heavyweight Champion without having to defend the damn thing!
  19. http://www.dvdactive.com/news/releases/super-blunder.html I'm going to be picking up Superman I and II (The Donner Cut) tomorrow. Can't wait!
  20. When Ric Flair suffered a "heart attack" on an episode of Nitro in 98 / 99?
  21. Lame. Should have been Batista Vs. Kane for the main event.
  22. Basically, they didn't think she was hot and that her German character had no place in a movie with a Japanese setting.
  23. Also, I have to emphasize how fucking awesome the chainsaw fatality is!
  24. Speaking of the King, I thought it was badass you could have him as your coach in Fight Night Round 3!
  25. According to Eric Bischoff, it was him who changed the finish of Starrcade 1997. The reason was because he was disappointed in Sting for not fully appreciating the opportunity he was given. He showed up out of shape, pale, and addicted to drugs and Bischoff didn't feel confident in him carrying the company just yet.
