'Harry Potter 6' Moves To Summer 2009 Warner Bros Pictures today moved back the release date of Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince to day-and-date domestically and in the major international markets on July 17, 2009. Studio boss Alan Horn cited "repercussions of the writers’ strike, which impacted the readiness of scripts for other films -- changing the competitive landscape for 2009 and offering new windows of opportunity that we wanted to take advantage of. We agreed the best strategy was to move Half-Blood Prince to July, where it perfectly fills the gap for a major tent pole release for mid-summer.” Apparently, the move was subordinate Jeff Robinov's idea. But he confirmed that the release date change does not alter the production schedule for the two-part Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows. http://www.deadlinehollywooddaily.com/harr...to-summer-2009/ Damnit

It absolutely is different, I don't see how you can't see that. AJ-Kurt is a feud that has been brewing for months and just had an insane 25 minute match on PPV that ended with Angle being stretchered out after being DDTed off the top rope. Punk-Big Dave was a thrown together PPV match that ended in a DQ. The feud is not one of the big things going on in WWE like it is for TNA right now, with a potential even bigger blowoff match at a marquee PPV.

I think once a movie becomes the third highest grossing film of all time, we can dispense with the tags.

I'd never do that and it'd be obvious if I did anyway. I have a list of every movie I've seen in theatres starting with 2004. I also only see movies that remotely look interesting to me, I don't just pad the list by seeing any and all movies. I'm six movies behind at the moment counting Tell No One, so hello limited releases!
-
Oh I know. It all started from me seeing a movie every week in theatres, and while most people laugh at me for it (justifiably so), two of my friends became inspired and a few weeks ago, when we found out how many movies we've seen this year, the shit was on.
-
So, my friends and I are having a contest to see who can see the most 2008 movies. One of my friends saw Tell No One, a French thriller released in 2006 in France and across Europe in 07, that got released in the US in July 08. He says it should count as a 2008 movie because it's a 2008 movie in the US since that when it came out in the US, my other friend is calling BS saying since it's a French film, released in France in 2006, it's a 2006 film and thus doesn't count Besides the fact that we're all sad and pathetic for arguing this, who do you think is right?

Your rule of thumb sucks. Also, I guess I'm the only one, but I liked Bad News Bears -
Haha, that guy who predicted they'd rush AJ-Kurt is awesome

John Cena to host Nickelodeon Kid's Choice Awards
bob_barron replied to DCH's topic in The WWE Folder
Serious question? I don't let my cousins watch the women's matches either. It's kinda obvious, ain't it? Depends on the age though. Not really. Maybe back when they did T-n-A matches, but they haven't done those in a while. -
Amazing movie. Could not stop laughing

Let's Talk About...MECW, XWF, and WWA
bob_barron replied to King Kamala's topic in General Wrestling
Wasn't MECW funded by a money mark that was really shady, and that's why they lasted one show? I remember it was free too. -
Shorten your sig, CanadianDestroyer. The poster takes up a whole page

Some of these superstars are never seen again

Awesome. I wish I didn't notice every little distraction when I see a movie, but if I'm in the back row and someone is in front, I'll still notice you flipping open your phone. I can check my time by just pulling my phone out of my pocket, so I'm okay!

I get what they were going for with Hell Ride, but a lot of it fell flat. Only Dennis Hopper and David Carradine seemed to get it and have fun with the project. Oh, Vinnie Jones was hilarious in his one real scene. Michael Madsen played himself basically. The movie seemed really sleazy, lots of scenes of naked women for no reason. Coincidentally, many of these young naked woman wound up fucking Larry Bishop's character, who was the writer and director. Imagine that. I learned that in the desert, there are only greasy ugly bikers, naked women and Dennis Hopper.

Let's ignore Marvin, so as not to derail discussion. No sub-$1,000 PSA movies this weekend. Hell Ride (which I saw) and Red (which I can't see b/c it involves a dead dog) came close

I'm thinking: 1) Tropic Thunder 2) Clone Wars 3) TDK 4) Pineapple 5) Mirrors

He might be saying stupid shit just to get his reaction, but he also could be someone who just happens to be wrong on every issue. I mean, we keep cabbageboy around
