Is it worth the extra ticket price?

Since ir's holding up real well, I'm just curious if anyone has seen Journey in 3D? I want to, but the inflated ticket price turns me off. My two friends who have seen it, saw it in 2-D which is just pointless.

Movies used to be priced for rental, so they cost $100, unless they were popular movies or kids movies. That was the first thing about DVD that struck me as amazing. Wait, now you can buy every movie the week it comes out? Insane!
