But ESPN doesn't do anything too tasteless or offensive. WWE does. So no, he doesn't need to attack ESPN.
-
The loser title? No thanks.
-
He's showing WWE has a history of doing stupid shit like this Hassan angle. The article is showing that WWE never seems to learn from the previous stupid shit they do that turns off the fans by continuing to do it.
-
He has NOTHING to do with ESPN's television content. Nothing he says reflects the way ESPN thinks. The quality of TV that ESPN puts out has nothing to do with the relevance of his article.
-
When this did happen? Late 2002, when HBK was the champ. Yes. That angle was appalling on so many levels, especially WWE's sad and pathetic attempts to generate controversy with it
-
That doesn't take away the fact that the guy made valid points and knows his stuff

Oh, I thought the OAO Thread dissed Bobby Abreu or something
-
Why does Al hate the OAO tag so much? What did it ever do to him?
-
Why does Al have this crazy hatred for OAO threads? Max is right, there aren't many NHL fans here, so I don't see the problem with a season long thread.
-
Considering Hassan isn't a draw, putting the belt on him would be a horrible idea.

Earl Hebner fired by WWE by Dave Meltzer [email protected] Earl Hebner, the most well known referee in U.S. pro wrestling, was fired earlier today by WWE, allegedly for selling merchandise without authorization. Reports that Dave Hebner was fired are said to be incorrect at the moment, although he was alleged to be involved and has been disciplined. Earl Hebner has been with the company since 1988 when he played the role of heel Dave Hebner in the Andre the Giant title win over Hulk Hogan in Indianapolis. He's easily the most famous referee in pro wrestling history, stemming from his officiating the 1997 Bret Hart vs. Shawn Michaels match in Montreal where he ordered the bell rung on Hart. He was belived to have been the highest paid referee in the history of pro wrestling since that time as a reward for choosing to do what the company asked of him after promising not to do so to Hart, one of his best friends in the company. He had refereed most main events on PPV for the past decade.

Pick up the phone Tyson!

Joan of Arcadia, Episode 13 'Relaxation'. The cast commentary is hilarious, as Jason Ritter just owns the whole thing.

Considering ROH got almost 1,000 fans for their show, that Hardy was over, that the Hardy v. Daniels match was over, that CM Punk became a heel because of it, and now everyone really wants to see Punk v. Daniels- how can you say they shouldn't have used him? Daniels took tons of punishment from Hardy, kicked out of his Twist of Fate and only lost because of Punk. Daniels came out of the match looking great. Hardy did his usual disses of Edge and Lita, and got a fuck Johnny Ace chant going, but then put over ROH on the mic and proceeded to have a good match.

Gigli dropped like 81 percent
-
It's not a horrible drop considering it's a comic book movie. Most comic book films have steep drops like that
-
About 100 million
-
It's the 194th steepest drop of all time

The OAO Charlie and the Chocolate Factory Thread
bob_barron replied to SuperJerk's topic in Television & Film
I didn't even say I didn't like the first movie. I just didn't like a lot of the changes they made with the book. On it's own it's a fun movie with some great performances but when you compare it to the book- not so much. Wilder is fine as Wonka, but I don't like the singing. I didn't think they shit over the book, I just don't like Burton claiming the movie was going to be more authentic when Violet and Mike Teevee were completely different, and he adds in a needless subplot that almost kills the movie. Actually there are two. The movie Screwed is another Norm movie. Why are you so terrible? God I hate You barron
