But TNA's major fans are the IWC and Raven has always been a darling of the IWC community. He also has a very loyal fanbase (much more then Jarrett) and is able to get the average fan into one of his matches. He's a bigger star then Jarrett definetley. Dusty Rhodes is also a bigger star then Jarrett. Well they're not having the major Jarrett v. Hogan show for a while. So there would've been more then enough time to run the whole thing while still having AJ retain

Now please tell me how everyone knowing Jarrett was going to get his title back makes him beating AJ okay? And with the news of Hogan pulling out and there no need for Hogan v. Jarrett- a lot of people thought AJ may retain. syxx- this is has been your mantra forever- especially when I kept complaining about AJ looking like a bitch during his title reign. Guess what? I was right. Given Hogan's injury it doesn't make a lick of sense for Jarrett to go over AJ

Corey is absolutely right. Triple H does have this main event 'aura' about him because of the stuff he's done. Jarrett's never really done anything major (Ohhh- he beat DDP!) to be a big main eventer. He's just that guy who main evented WCW when no one watched
