The only differences in the "Unrated" version, as far as I can tell is, there are a few extra gun shots, and just a couple more lines inserted (ex. Sam Jackson's character in the conversation with Oldman "I eat the pussy, I eat the BUTT, I eat every motherfuckin thing". In the R version, he just says "I eat the pussy.")
