  1. And that is not in Chicago. Aside from Olin Kreutz, the Bears has no one who can adequately protect the quarterback.
  2. If you're talking about something trivial like cough medicine, I'm sure the victim would go, "Hmm... this is a bit too cherry for my liking...."
  3. I'm a huge Bears fan and I don't want Warner or any other QBs in Chicago. I'm fine with Grossman starting. He has done nothing to lose his job.
  4. Actually I played Halo on a friend's Xbox. Overrated IMO. I am not getting it. It's good that people have a game that they can enjoy with the world community, but I'm not about to join that community of Halo owners.
  5. Wouldn't the poison show up in the autopsy? But how can they trace the poison to you? They could check up on where the poison was bought, and then match up the buyer with witnesses' testimony on who knew the victim.
  6. Wouldn't the poison show up in the autopsy?
  7. Didnt Bret Hart win the title at a house show?
  8. I can see the police reading this and laughing at everything that was written here... except for FrigidSoul who's right on the mark on his counterpoints. Here's how I would do it: Don't do it. There's no such thing as a perfect murder. If you want to kill, kill a random stranger... it's harder to trace it back to you.
  9. Miss Jackie actually beat the Crown Princess of Bikini Contests, Torrie?
  10. That was my sentiment exactly. I was so pissed FF7 beat out MGS. I'm hoping it doesn't beat out OOT, because if it does, that makes 2 straight personal favorites that FF7 knocked out.
  11. Thanks fellas. You guys made the decision easier for me. I will now be a proud owner of the Big Three (GC, PS2 and soon Xbox)
  12. That is a fantastic deal. Get it. Yeah that was my thinking. But the only thing I worry about is it seems like a lot of games require XBox Live, which I do not want.
  13. No I don't want Warner anywhere near Soldier Field.... unless as an opponent. The Bears need to develop their quarterback of the future, Rex Grossman, not just toss journeyman QBs on the team and hope for the best.
  14. There is probably another thread talking about Xbox, but it's probably too old. I have a PS2 and a Gamecube. Those consoles satisfies me immensely, PS2 for the Smackdown games and some select RPGs, and Gamecube for their quirky games like Animal Crossing and Wind Waker. However, after some thinking, I decided to ask this. Back in October last year, I decided to get a Xbox. Tragedy struck, when I was promptly mugged in the mall parking lot on the way home. The Xbox was one of the properties mugged from me. Back then the Xbox cost 200 bucks, and I was badly burnt for it. My question is.... should I get another one now that it's cheaper? There's a deal on Gamespot where I would get a preowned Xbox for 120.00 plus Knights of the Old Republic, Morrowind and Splinter Cell for free..... is it a good deal or should I just focus on expanding my ever so large collection of PS2/GC games?
  15. Got one for the PS2, 2 for PS1, and 2 for Gamecube (Although one of them is full of Animal Crossing data)
  16. Not necessarily a purchase, but I traded in the following: NFL Gameday 2001 (PS2) NFL 2K3 (PS2) Simpsons Skateboarding (PS2) WWE Smackdown: Here Comes The Pain (I chronicled the problems I had with that game in a thread last year) Black and Bruised (PS2) NBA Street Vol. 2 (PS2)- Beat the game, no need to keep it around. Dragonball Z: Budokai (PS2) WWE Wrestlemania X8 (GC) Worms Blast (GC) Ultimate Muscle (GC) for two games: Legend of Zelda: Wind Waker (GC) Pokemon Colosseum (GC) Yes I know I'm the Atlanta Hawks of video game trading.
  17. There's a player named Professor? Get NBA Street, there's all unique names for the players.
  18. The thing that separates Williams from Clarett was that Williams is more responsible. Instead of whining and bitching his way through life, Williams just goes out there and gets the job done. He is ready for the NFL. While I agree with the rule, I feel it should be more applied collegiately. As in, "You must have at least been in college 2 years" or something, Clarett played one season and pissed it away the next.
  19. Yes that was the joke I was going for. Thanks Choken One for clearing it up.
  20. By Orale's logic, you'd be a 10-time NBA All-star.
  21. But NBA is soured on street ballers. That's why no tryouts.
  22. and have the kid's parents sue the NFL for smearing him on the field? Where the hell would that come from? You said let a prima donna get his ass handed to him by the pros.... You're basically saying, "Let a 19 year old wide receiver get drilled by a 31 year old, 265 lbs linebacker with 10 year experience".... which would definitely lead to the kid having serious injuries. Not necessarily, as I would assume if the kid is there, he's big and talented enough. I'm referring to the lawsuit comment, which to my knowledge has never happened in professional ball, at least under game play. Korey Stringer's widow sued for his death.
  23. I forgot about that aspect... They die in a week instead of two. having seen them on AND1 and other similar shows, they are nothing but Welfare cash checking baby daddy lazy bums who think the world owns them a favor... Not ALL...but alot. So funny and so true.
  24. That's what college is for, to transition themselves to a more team-oriented, fundamentally sound system. Well except for those high schoolers who at least played high school ball.
  25. Exactly what alkeiper said. They just don't have the proper grasp of NBA fundamentals. They depend on a few flashy moves that pops the crowds. They will crash and burn when they realize it takes a lot more than that to succeed in the NBA. And they will feel like failures and bitch about it.
