I think he may not even get a nod if the movie was to come out in time for the Oscars next year. Since they nosed Phoenix out of an Oscar because of "Ray", I can see them screwing over Don because of both movies. That being said, I'd see it. I love the music of Miles Davis and I respect the work of Don. It would be a win win for me. Course, I'd also have to know who was writing the film and how Miles would be portrayed.

Now, if only we could see a commercial telling everyone this. Maybe run a few during the times they run one of the 800000 "King of Vegas" ads.

Yeah, a 3.0 would look a lot better in the SNL spot then it would in prime time. That'd probably be their best bet. NBC must really be starting to hate Vince by now. But to be fair to the E, I don't recall one ad on NBC during the Office or My Name is Earl or ER or Law and Order that even mentioned SNME. The flip side is they promoted the hell out of the show on the WWE shows (I'd imagine SD since I don't watch it) and the number doesn't even get up to their normal placing. Still it was a Saturday night and judging from the ratings, most people went out to either clubs or sports bars cause the numbers sucked across the board. WWE just happened to be the lowest of the suck.

Take the plot of "Ladybugs" and "Just one of the guys", remove the nice breast shot that made you at least able to tolerate the film, take out the comedy of Rodney Dangerfield and you have "She's the Man". Nothing about that preview looked appealing in the least. I still find it weird that in the 80's, a breast shot didn't get you above PG-13.

I'm shocked the NCAA tournament only did a 6.0 rating. Was anyone watching television last night at ALL? Maybe they can say it was a combination of people rushing out to see V for Vendetta and the NCAA tournament plus going against a movie starring Bruce Willis.

Don't forget the "TO calls Bledsoe soft and questions his sexuality" clause of the TO destruction. TO is going to be a one season player. He doesn't hold together mentally for more than one season. Dallas would be smart to just use him for a season and then trade him for a first or early second rounder to draft a receiver.

Wonder where he'll be next season.

People just look for something to get upset at. This week, it's V. Who knows what it'll be next week. Hell, they had lots of people upset at X-Men 2 when it came out. People just need something to get mad about.

And thankfully, they never will get their hands on Calvin and Hobbes. He has zero interest in allowing them to be turned into a tv movie or any kind of movie. Peanuts seems to be stuck in a limbo where it's not really well known who exactly owns the tv rights to the strip anymore. Once that gets sorted, you can bet they will destroy Peanuts with a live action film.

The first round isn't a sign of things going bad or good in the NCAA tournament. Damn. If a team wins without injuries, then see what happens with their next opponent.

Watching this Nova/Monmouth game, it seems the whole Mon plan is to just shoot three's and cross fingers every trip down. They wasted like four chances by shooting three after three.

If Nova keeps playing poorly and Monmouth can step it up a notch, we are going to have a 1 go down. Cause Oral Roberts damn sure can't pull it off.

I really wish Pacific hadn't came out of the break frozen. That could have made the power conferences 0-3 to start the tournament.
