Match Point got ONE nod? Christ man, that is fucking stupid. It deserved more than just that. And Giamatti got the pity nod I see, he was good in "Cinderella Man" but no way did that performance make me think he deserved an Oscar Nomination.

The major stupidity is having Sting leave for two months now. That just isn't smart at all. Course every fucking time I say TNA is doing something that won't work, it works. I think I'll just let it ride, they seem to have a better idea about angles working than I do.

This is what you call the last hail mary desperation play to get Orton heat. Remember, Orton was the guy who wore a Legend Killer t-shirt on the Eddie RAW and had to lose by DQ to protect him. This shit has been in motion for months and months. Hell, "Orton mocking Eddie's death" has been the only constant leading up to Wrestlemania. So actually, it's good writing in a way. You know, in a demented way. And Vince wouldn't listen to Eddie's wife, they probably wouldn't even let her into the building.

After tonight, I get the feeling that Rey is coming to RAW. The show needs a face, they seem hell bent on Orton vs Angle for Smackdown and to have Rey lose the title shot would be complete insanity. Rey should just move over to RAW and slide him into the main event. The Rey vs HHH feud is already built and waiting anyway. Hell, have Rey win the RAW title (yeah I know, hot shotting the belt is stupid but at least then HHH in the title match makes SENSE) at the Saturday Main Event and just have Rey vs Hunter at Mania. It MAKES SENSE, something that is quickly becoming a rarity. Edge and Cena can continue their bullshit with a gimmick match at Mania with the winner getting a title shot or a rub and tug from Lita, it no longer matters. Something.

It was on Unlimited, and I don't think it was shown on RAW at all. I thought it was stupid how they instantly went to RVD and talked about it, but most fans wouldn't have any idea what is going on. I figured as much. That was really stupid. They could have at least showed a fucking HIGHLIGHT like they always do on RAW when something important happens on Unlimited. Does anyone think RAW was really without direction tonight? I mean, it seemed like everyone was just lost about what they were doing, where they were going or what the hell was going to happen. I don't think I've seen anything like this, RAW really looked bad tonight even from a production standpoint.

I'm starting to think they should just make the World Title match into a three way dance. But the problem you'll have is the crowd will hate EVERYONE in the match. Plus the "who will Lita choose" bull would overshadow the story. God, they have just painted themselves into a corner. They had a decent face in Cena but two months of gay jokes every ten seconds and boring promos filled with catchphrases (which suck) have left him a heel. Edge is a heel because he's with Lita, otherwise no one seems to care about his existance. HHH is feuding with Rey or Eddie, I have no idea anymore what is going on there. Who is the next over face? HBK, busy with Vince. RVD? Stuck in a dead end feud with Carlito Kane and Big Show? Big Show has been punked out by HHH like five times in one month and Kane has always been his bitch. RAW is shelled, it's absolutely shelled.

So you take a title match that was going reasonably well that could have made both guys look at least decent and you proceed to FUCK IT UP THE ASS! God damn this company and the lazy finishes they book to matches. There was no reason for the interference and no reason to end a TITLE REMATCH with a dusty finish DQ. That was something out of bad booking in Extreme Warfare. Well still, some good: Goldust- Seems like a mix of funny Dust and creepy Dust, could work very well Mickie James- She is doing the psycho bit extremely well, mucho credit Trish-Mickie-Ashley segment- It played off the psycho bit real well, pity it's the best angle on RAW. Everything else was bad. The World title match was going very well for me until they fucking destroyed it. The tag titles match imploded and they need to figure out WHO is winning the tag titles cause right now they don't have a tag division at all. Splitting Murdock and Cade looks stupider every damn day. The RVD beats up Carlito interview didn't make much sense since I don't recall seeing RVD beat up Carlito on RAW but I might have missed it. HHH-Chavo was going average at best but Chavo is now dead weight thanks to shitty booking.

It's not even a spear, it looks like if your girl hasn't seen you in a long time and rushes to hug you. It's just Edge hugging someone gently to the canvas. His lifting DDT and his submission hold were about 100 times better than the Huggles.

Only way I could see repair is a complete utter squash by Edge after he makes Lita stay in the back and out of it. He'd have to destroy Cena by himself and pin him cleanly in the dead center of the ring. Cena could go away to redo his character and Edge would be better than he was before since he could claim the destruction of Cena...which would make him a face if Lita wasn't with him. The problem is they wouldn't do that and giving the belt back to Edge by roll-up or interference or dusty finish damages the damn belt as well as both characters.

Probably give it to Chavo or something. Other than Chavo, is there anyone on RAW he could defend it against? God, they should just turn it into the tv title or something.

Looks like Cena might the Foley treatment. Scratch that, the Kane treatment. I forgot Foley won on a RAW and lost on PPV or something like that. All I want to know is will RVD wrestle tonight?

So, they need to bring in someone to help push Rey...but isn't winning the Royal Rumble a pretty big fucking push by itself? Does Rey really NEED help? He seems over enough to me. Unless they are going to have Orton lay out the elder one as a way to make Rey give him a match for the title shot at NWO. Which would still be incredibly stupid of him and it doesn't sound like they really have a fucking clue what they are going to do with Rey at Mania.

Five actually, he also gets the elimination for Simon Dean. Maybe HHH is mad that Rey dedicated this match to Eddie when he wanted to be the one to dedicate the match to Eddie?

In other words, basically didn't happen. Taker vs Benoit would be interesting since it hasn't happened. I don't get how that program has slipped by so many times. I guess Taker is too busy teaching the younger wrestlers to respect him.

Just out of curiousity, how many of these "Shawn is full of shit" followed by someone coming in and saying, "No he's not" threads are we gonna have?

Each company does the same thing, they rush out the systems and usually the first run of next gen games come out looking like they belong on the system you just left. I still haven't been impressed by one next gen title I've seen (I'll admit, only seen about five or six of them but they have all looked ho-hum). Odds are the massive delays are BECAUSE of bugs they just flat out missed when they first released the system. I really fear the first run of the PS3 since Sony cannot seem to release a system that doesn't blow up after one year when it's the first batch.

I'm wondering why Foley or Hogan have to be there period. Hogan is going to want to go over which means putting him in the ring with Show or Cena or hell even Angle is a fucking joke, Foley doesn't seem to give a shit anymore and frankly it's amazing he's walking upright, and it's not like they are going to improve buyrates since it's Mania anyway. The Hogan thing was fun for the Rock match. Hell, maybe even the one more match bullshit with HBK. But it's gotta stop and it's gotta stop now. He no longer serves a purpose since it's obvious he cannot put someone over.

I agree with you but you know some people would call us stupid. Deep Rising is like a lost little gem.

Additional movies I forgot. Deep Rising: I have no idea why but I love that movie, especially with the ending that makes it seem like they land on Jurassic Park. Giant worms that drink you are the awesome. The Postman: Well, other than that god awful first HOUR which I can never remember, I like how stupid it is. Plus getting your ass handed to you by a guy you call Shakespeare just is a wrong way to die. The Cutting Edge: While I don't think it's a bad movie, some people do. Those people can kiss my ass, "toepick" rules. Yeah I bought it and I proudly watch it and tell my girl not to interupt! Phantoms: The movie was awesome before the Jay and Silent Bob joke. And it has scenes so close to a horror video game at the start. I mean really, watch the above angles. It's like "Silent Hill" coming to life. I love it.

Where IS Maria anyway? Ever since she started dating Punk, she hasn't been on RAW much if at all. I'm more concerned with the chance of them holding down Maria than Punk. Punk out of the E means he's back on the indies for a price I can afford. Maria out of the E...who the fuck knows where she goes.
