Keanu is Keanu One minute he is good, the next minute he couldn't act to save his life. He was simply awesome in "The Gift", he was decent in "The Matrix", he was horrendous in "Matrix Reloaded", he was excellent in "Bill and Ted's excellent adventure", he was downright hilarious in "Much ado about nothing", and his work on "Speed" and "Point Break" speaks for itself. Keanu is the GOD of unintentional comedy in a starring role. Plus, he played Siddharta in "Little Buddha". You haven't lived till you've heard Keanu Reeves talking like Apu. So in conclusion, Keanu defies logic. We just don't KNOW what the hell Keanu is from role to role. It's like gambling.

Lou Diamond focused more on theater and less on movie projects. Phillips was recently in "The King and I" return to the stage and did very well. Surprisingly, this is the same thing that Steve Guttenberg did. Both do some movie projects off and on but are less selective and rely more on what is available in the time frame they have open. Hence lots of crappy direct to dvd/vhs releases for both. Lou Diamond did take time off from the theater to work on "Wolf Lake" but that was the wrong station for that show by a long shot. Lou will return soon with Mariah Carey in...."The Sweet Science" about a female boxer (Carey). May god help him. Peter Weller ummm well your guess is as good as mine.

Maybe Sci Fi grabs up "Dead Like Me" if they can get their hands on it. The last show they grabbed from SHOWTIME was STARGATE SG-1 and that has spawned a successful spin-off for them. And "Dead Like Me" has a loyal audience and critical acclaim to go with it. I could see them finding a way to make it part of their Wednesday night line-up with Proof Positive and Ghost Hunters...possibly moving Scare Tactics to anchor a new night.

Something about some Indians/Native Americans...that my mom calls Pocahontas (that's not the name though) because...well, that's what it looks like. The New World.
