From a business perspective, Vince should always be asking the following two questions: 1. How can we maintain the current fanbase (who in turn, pay money for stuff)? 2. How can we increase our fanbase either with new fans or returning old fans (who will also pay money for stuff)? Things like the Diva search, in theory (though not in execution), could have been justifed under such criteria. Things like this, however, cannot be justified in any manner. Vince is essentially legit insane though, so what does it matter?
