Its not difficult. Just repeatedly lather in sauce while flipping them from time to time. I used a dry rub actually, and yes turns out it wasn't that difficult at all... I'd just hate to have made an expensive mistake if I fucked up, plus I haven't done much in the way of large meat cooking... most of my homemade cooking lately has come in the form of soups or pastas
