August Jukebox match listing

"why don't they put their 2/3 Falls match from Fully Loaded '98" Because its 20 minutes of rest-holds, 8 minutes of laying on the mat "exhausted", 1 minute of crowd-popping Chyna interference, and 1 minute of finisher sequences. -
A parade of boos reigns down at the Worst Ballpark Ever after the Phils just gave 2 runs to the Cubbies after a scoreless game, top 8.

I thought it was cool when Russo took over and booked an "Evening Gown Match" first-thing, right out of the WWF book, in WCW. He put Mona, out of nowhere, in said match. She mentioned "Although I'm not experienced in Evening Gown Matches, I've been wrestling IN an evening gown for my entire WCW career." -

Dude, this chick is ugly as shit.

I was almost positive McMahon's announcement, after he mentioned "bringing back stars that stabbed him in the back", would be Lesnar referring the Michaels/Hogan match at SummerSlam. Little did I know it was just to bring back lower carder Matt Hardy.

Hills and Last House are both great, and I've been lucky enough to catch both in the theatre at local horror showings, but both fall into a debate. One group of horror fans would likely kill the other group who says they aren't "horror pictures", and the other would be pissed for them being included. Personally, I find them both as being perfect for the horror genre, and tough to classify as anything else, but they're not horror movies. Last House and Hills both deal with families fighting insane groups of people. I would personally classify them as Suspense Thrillers, or something similar, but I have absolutely no problem with fans who consider them horror pictures. By the way, here is a site you guys might wanna browse around. www.exhumedfilms.com It's the website of the previously mentioned local horror shows in the tri-state area, who air 3-5 movies at a time on Saturday nights, usually around 1030 pm to midnight. Check out the "previous screenings", go all the way to the bottom, and scroll up to check out some of then awesome things they have done. They even show 5-8 trailers of great flicks before each film. -
And BTW, there's some stupid rulings last night... Jericho gets points for putting the Walls on Cena? HBK gets points for his pre-taped promo? HBK gets points for superkicking the Larry King impersonator...yet not for superkicking the camera man?

Wow, sorry about the F13 4 error...if you guys wouldn't mind, I'll fix it, and you can re-vote. The original movie in its place, IN REGION C, was A Nightmare on Elm Street Part 3: Dream Warriors. Sorry for the mix-up. -
"Trey in a coma" Eh?

I'll always have a soft spot for Sharlene Martin, who played uber-bitch "Tamara" in F13 8, and did a creepy scene with her professor. Wasn't a serious nomination, tho... -

I have that, Placebo Effect. You forgot to mention the worst part about that. Because of the blood hitting him, he was pinned... AND LOST THE WCW WORLD HEAVYWEIGHT TITLE MATCH. -
I thought Moulin Rouge was pretty cool, for what its worth.
-
That was pretty crazy, when the guy starts making Chewbacca noises at the end.

Matt didn't even mention to the casual fan that he was fired. Which was the whole point. He just said Edge almost cost him his life as a WWE superstar.

Here we go...broken down into 4 regions. Rules: 1) First round voting ENDS on Thurs. Aug 4 at 10 AM. 2) Most votes wins a round. 3) In the case of a TIE, both movies will advance, making the next round a three-way vote. I find giving a movie a "BYE" to be silly. ______________________________________________ REGION A - The "Zombies Don't Run" Region Friday the 13th: The Final Chapter ("Friday the 13th Part 4") (1984) Gates of Hell (Paura nella città dei morti viventi) aka ("City of the Living Dead") (1980) Day of the Dead (1985) The Omen (1976) Child's Play (1988) The Haunting (1963) Cujo (1983) The Exorcist (1973) Dawn of the Dead (2004) Shaun of the Dead (2004) Cronos (1993) Friday the 13th (1980) The Beyond (1981) The Texas Chainsaw Massacre (1974) Hellbound: Hellraiser II (1988) The Changeling (1980) ______________________________________________ REGION B - The "Jocks & Whores Must Die" Region Demoni ("Demons") (1985) The Blair Witch Project (1999) The Ring (2002) The Return of the Living Dead (1985) An American Werewolf in London (1981) The Howling (1981) Versus (2000) The Evil Dead (1981) Hellraiser (1987) Black Christmas (1974) Dead/Alive ("Braindead") (1992) The Shining (1980) Alien (1979) Dracula (1931) Suspiria (1977) Cabin Fever (2002) ________________ REGION C - The "Party Hasn't Begun Until You've Been Bitten" Region Re-Animator (1985) The Thing (1982) Rosemary's Baby (1968) Dead & Buried (1981) Night of the Living Dead (1968) Jaws (1975) Nosferatu, eine Symphonie des Grauens (1922) Candyman (1992) Near Dark (1987) A Nightmare on Elm Street Part 3: Dream Warriors (listed incorrectly first day, please adjust votes if needed) Deep Red (1975) Dawn of the Dead (1978) The Texas Chainsaw Massacre (2003) Zombi 2 ("Zombie") (1979) Children Shouldn't Play with Dead Things (1972) Poltergeist (1982) ___________________________ REGION D - The "Why Don't Parents Understand?" I miss when they had wrestling on.
-
Slickster that was awesome.

This crowd needs to all have their land stolen from them and sleep in a bunch of diseased blankets, ASAP.

The opening of Conway's theme is actually the piano music from the beginning of the Ben Folds Five song "Kate"...download it if you don't know it.

I can't watch this match.

I'll always see Matt as that computer nerd who says he is dating a super model. I mean, the guy once had a stable with Crash Holly and Shannon Moore. They couldn't even take the friggin' York Foundation.
