  1. Awesome rumble, considering I had NO expectations whatsoever. The Rumble itself was incredible. They ruined Batista being 28 on Experience, though. Grisham made a stupid comment, I forget what, but it gave it away. Also, the placement of Guerrero, Benoit and Flair was obvious. Still, I was pretty shocked when it was Batista and Cena as the final two. And I was happy with the outcome. Way better than NYR.
  2. Taboo Tuesday made me so angry I missed my first Survivor Series in eight years.
  3. Danny Hodge jumping over the top rope was SHOCKING. Then, the segment that followed was absolutely hilarious as was the look of Batista's face in the locker room. Oh my God! Tajiri and Regal together again!
  4. 21 Grams is the best film in a decade, no joke. Sorry about your grandfather.
  5. Is that their version of "Seacrest, out"?
  6. I hear that his last wish was for the three threads on this topic to be merged.
  7. I was shocked with how willing they were to pose for the picture. No cries of "infidel" at me or anything.
  8. http://us.f3.yahoofs.com/users/41f3dbebzb3...hPC.8BBpTVKdvGF I agree. ALSO: Where were the ECW shirts? The wave didn't catch on as much this time. No "We Want Bret" chants? Decent show.
  9. Wow, how awful. I loved the match, but totally the wrong ending. Least they could do to make up for it would be Flair giving him the thumbs down. Don't get me started on the rest of the show. It's a good thing I didn't pay to see any of that.
  10. I have tickets, but only so I can cough loudly on the back of Bob's head in line.
  11. Scott Hudson and Buff Bagwell.
  12. I lost my remote in 1986.
  13. I picked up the Trish Stratus DVD, Bloodbath and No Mercy 2002 today for about $30. Zellers is doing some clearance and they were all on sale as were other DVDs. They had them as recent as the Great American Bash for $7.99, which is a pretty good price. Sadly, I couldn't find Backlash 2004, and when I did find the HOF DVD, it was $32.99 which makes absolutely no sense considering Bloodbath is just as many disks and almost as recent.
  14. Outside of Bulldog/Hart, No. I must be the only person in the known universe who liked the Survivor Series 97 main event (enidng not withstanding). Buy it for THAT, also. I haven't seen it since it first aired, but I loved the outside of the ring brawl.
  15. Holy shit.
  16. I got an Eisenhower mug.
  17. No, the "CM" was for Kama Mustafa (I spelled his first name wrong) and Bryan Clarke's college nickname was "The Funk" so shut up.
  18. RVD and Chris Jericho are too small and I don't take them seriously.
  19. Explain the plot and all subplots, and when you do that, spell each character's name in all capitals please.
  20. Considering the large part referees play in wrestling matches, and that Earl Hebner only screws up occasionally, I think he's better than what you give him credit for.
  21. He'll lose his smile and in a teary-eyed speech, relinquish his ref position. Then at the pay per view, four certified referees will compete in the Final Four elimination match to decide who gets the match. Charles Robinson will win.
  22. Finally a well booked show tonight. What was that, eight matches? Highlight of the night was BIG VIS bringing WORKRATE(!). I am not joking, I found Jesus during that matchup. Vis put out some crazy offense and didn't gas during the time span! Incredible. *3/4 affair, no joke. ..if everybody had have lost tonight, could you imagine Christian vs. Maven vs. Eugene vs. Viscera vs. Rhyno vs. Shelton Benjamin? I shudder at the thought.
  23. I don't know about that. I can't see them making someone who finally dethroned the champ just a transitional champion.
  24. I don't know about that. I'm sure some of these smartmarks are carrying big 'uns.
